Terrible service and incompetent staff. I had a representative come out to my one bathroom house for a bathtub drain issue. I was given a $4000 quote and told it would take about 2 days starting the next day. Being it was going to start the next day I agreed, I was later called and told it would have to go to their projects department so would not start till Monday morning. They came out Monday worked for a couple hours then had to come out Tuesday to put the actual piping in. At that time he said he needs to have the inspection done. Come to find out that the first guy did not complete the proper paperwork so the permit was not pulled until that day, now a week after I agreed to have it done. They finally get an inspection scheduled for Friday and told me I would get a call from inspector 30 minutes before he got there so I could let him in. I never heard from the inspector and after calling the City of Tampa permitting office found out that you have to call the inspector in the morning of inspection and that the plumbing companies know this. I had to ask for another inspection for the following day. I finally spoke to another person in their office in the late afternoon after multiple calls as you cannot speak to a manager because they have no direct line, and at that point she asked if anyone called the city for a reinspection. I had but once again they failed at there job. At this point I have not been able to stay in my home for at least 7 additional days because of there employees incompetence. They also pulled the wrong permit and the inspector was good enough to change it as to not have to pull another one. Their way to compensate is to give a 5% discount a whopping $200. They do not respond. I’ve asked to speak yo a manger at least 5 times but none has called. The first two days of work could have been in one. Their trucks say Plumbing Today but 2 weeks later.

I read some of the other reviews and I want to preface that I am not an employee, I am a SAHM of 2 little boys. My toddler flushed baby wipes and clogged the toilet, I tried plunging and a short 3 foot auger and still couldn't get it unblocked. I called around, Maurici plumbing quoted me the best price over the phone, it ended up being cheaper AND he gave me a $20 off coupon!! The service was quick and friendly, plus I requested next day service and I got a call that one of their plumbers was on his way home a few minutes away and would stop by to do it tonight no extra charge! I will use this company again in the future

Repipe did an excellent job replacing the polybutylene pipes in my condo. They knew I was selling it and worked extremely hard to get the job done prior to the closing date, which they did. Not only do they replace the pipes, they also patch the drywall, so you won't have to find a separate company. The day they installed the new pipes, they did not stop until I had water connected back and working, which was well into the evening. I highly recommend.

Richard answered immediately, was very professional and got me scheduled same day within a couple hours. He was honest with the assessment and did not charge for the evaluation. Will definitely use him in the future!

I have to say that I haven't been impressed with any service industry effort for several years now like the first BBB A+ plumbing company I had come out to attempt correcting the mainline sewer blockage I was having. They didn't correct it, seemed more interested in trying more costly experiments. I then went with a second opinion with Red Cap. I have to admit I was very impressed with the timely manner, equipment, personal, and performance in analyzing and correcting the problem.

Although my toilet could not be fixed at a reasonable cost due to being an outdated electrical toilet, the gentleman who came was such a pleasure. He was honest and offered many options. I would definitely go with this company in the future if needed.

Bill and Chris came out today to inspect my system and found out why it wasn't running properly. They were very professional and gave me great service! Also, Brian in customer service did an outstanding job getting an appointment time for me within 24hrs. He was very polite and also offered to assist me in looking at my permits on the system.
