Best Repair Work in Tampa FL

Needed a new water heater. Neighbor recommend Charles Hero Plumbing. Called and spoke with Linda at their office. She couldn't be nicer. Kent the owner got on the phone to guide me through determining what type of water heater was best. He even offered to and did come out to the home to see what I had and make sure what we planned on installing would fit in the space. I also asked him to take a look at some problem faucets in the home which he did without hesitation or charge (some companies charge a diagnostic fee). This all took place on Monday. It is now Friday and my new water heater is installed, permits were pulled and closed out and I am back up and running. The entire process couldn't have been easier. Two staff plumbers plus Kent the owner all showed up to do the job. They were in and out in 1:30 minutes and left the place spotless. To top if off they were the cheapest ($912.30 installed for a 50 gallon tall electric water heater). So to sum it up, they were the cheapest yet provided the best customer service and were extremely efficient from start to finish. They are long-time local plumbing company, not a sales company that does plumbing services which seems to be the new business model. They charge by the hour on most work not by the job so you don't get overcharged for simple repairs like faucets and toilets. After vetting out four other plumbers (think pink, red, gray, and a big orange box store), I am happy to say that I have found a go to plumber going forward in Charles Hero plumbing. Thanks for the excellent work and old school customer service.

Anthony was great but the Company it's self is a joke. Most of what they say is just bluh bluh bluh. Had a new unit put in on 8/12/23. The blower did not shut off all night and is still running. Wasn't even shown how to use the new thermostat. 8/14/23 I called them immediately this morning, not once but twice and once to the sales man only to be told they can't do anything until Monday 8/15/23. Acree is not paying my electric bill. I am. If I could afford to let my blower run 24/7 I would have not bought a new unit. Also the installer from yesterday forgot my surge protector and Uv light.

The plumbing technicians were attentive and knowledgeable, explaining the repairs needed. Their dedication to providing excellent service is evident.

Mister James was able to show me an additional problem that there might be with the septic system the represent good knowledge of his profession.

We recently had a few plumbing issues that were corrected in a most professional and expedient manner. Mykala called to advise us when Ross would arrive and he was here right on time. He was very efficient, fast and polite. You couldn't tell that a plumber was ever here after he left. He made sure that everything that he touched was clean and spotless. The price was very affordable compared to previous companies. We can now say that we have a Plumbing Company that we can rely on. Thank you to Mykala for being so nice on the phone and a big at-a-boy to Ross. He is the one that we will ask for when we call Llona Plumbing for our plumbing needs!!!

Charged us $500 and did nothing. Do not use Flow Pros !! $500 for a quote what a joke they are!! Run use someone else

Jesse Harris was an amazing tech he came out to help twice and both times he has been knowledgeable, professional, understanding and kind. With any plumbing problems it comes with a whole lot of stress. Everyone I’ve talked to Mikayla in the office, Jesse and Manny as techs have been so helpful and understanding especially when the HOA has to get involved. I needed so many notes, videos and picture documentation to provide the HOA and they have been on top of everything. On top of all that their prices are fair and affordable, I seriously cannot recommend this company enough.

EDIT: We had some more plumbing issues unrelated to what they fixed before. This time it was our bathroom sink not draining. Jesse and Jason came out to replace a pipe and had to cut into our drywall. They were again so fast, professional, knowledgeable and kind. They paid such close attention to detail and cleaned up the wall and floor where they worked. Every time we had to use their service I am seriously so impressed and happy with the results. Also, you can't beat their prices, I will only ever use and recommend Sewer Studs. Thank you SO much to Jesse and Jason!

Mark worked 16 hours and then got my call for a leaking toilet; he was efficient and neat, but most of all he was kind to me. I was devastated by the water leak. The whole team felt my frustration and even their wives empathized with me. Tim followed up with a courtesy call to check on my well being. I trust this team with my whole heart. Only use Tampa Plumbing for all your needs. There’s no price tag on above and beyond customer support.
