Horrible service. Unprofessional and defiantly the crooks of the business. They wait till after the job is done to charge u the maximum price on invoice and leave u know choice but to pay the inflated price. Call other more professional company!

They were recommended by a friend and she was right, they were great. Straight to work, fixed my plugged drain that was disgusting! No fuss, no mess, easy to schedule and very reasonable. I'll be having them back to work on my bathrooms! I'm going to ask for Greg and Peter, they were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Highly recommend them.

Tom at Cyclone plumbing has done quite a bit of work for my wife and I. They do some really quality work and have affordable pricing. We have had them do everything from unclogging a pipe to working with us on a bathroom renovation. We have been incredibly happy with all the work and I would definitely recommend them.

I called Bay Area and they came out my house the same day (this was the second time I have used them and both times they came same day). Ricky and Mario made the house call and they were beyond professional. They replaced some of the valves and also a new toilet. They were on time, cleaned up the job site, and fairly quoted. I would highly recommend Bay Area for your plumbing needs.

Josh was the technician that came out and repaired our leak. He was very professional and thorough with his explanation. Josh came right in and set the expectations. He quickly located the leak and explained the next steps. He was spot on with his observations and diagnosis. There was a minor leak behind the wall. He replaced the pipe and made sure everything was working before he left. He called a water restoration specialist so they could survey the water damage. This was my first time using Roto-Rotor and I'm highly impressed with the services.

Matthew was very responsive to my late night Facebook message for help. He advised me to call store in the morning. I spoke to a nice lady, sent her a picture and shirt video if my problem. Got a quote and the guys were sent and arrived early.
Jake worked with me, fixed my problem and suggested how I can avoid future repairs and upgrades I nay want to consider.

Dyser Plumbing charged $286.87 to unclog a shower, unclog a toilet, and locate the septic tank at a nearby single family home. Their auto-signed payment agreement fine print is still full of questionable agreements as shown in the attached image.

To their benefit of the doubt, they verbally followed up, to claim they enforce only part of the agreement.

They offer check, cash, or credit as means of payment. Payments with cash or check have the least amount of friction. Until this fine print is fixed, I recommend new customers ask to see the payment agreement before paying or just use cash or check as it is not shown in their iPad at the time of payment.

If you provide a credit card, they save it in a notepad, paste the credit card number and full credit card details in an email invoice and email it back to you as if credit card details belong in an email let alone being saved in a notepad. I don’t expect plumbers to be tech-savy and they may have been in existence long before customers used credit cards but they need to up their game.

Some positives: they work they did was great, they were prompt to arrive, and they were helpful.
