WARNING! This is a big scam! They gave us a bill for $455 for replacing a part in a faucet regulator. The labor cost was $270: 1 hour for work and 1 hour for travel. They were actually working for 30 min, the travel from the last destination per their GPS was - 45 min. In three phone conversations the office not even once mentioned the policy of travel charge, nor the hourly labor cost. Seeing the other people complaining about no communication of the policy and pricing, I consider it as a scam. They are well aware of their wrong doing and they continue to do so.

Advertises to be 24 hours. Called at 11:10 pm on a Tuesday night for a relatively simple service, 30 minutes total work. Described the needs, and was willing to pay for the late night charge, ... actually, charges were never discussed, but I was willing to pay dearly. He refused the service, because he was too tired.

Cyclone helped us with a small problem we had with our master bath. They worked hard and were upfront and honest. Tom was so nice! Great custom service. Alan and Dennis did amazingly fast work. Will definitely recommend and use them in the future.

Our Moen Flo installation was very well done. Our tech arrived, installed the unit, explained how it works, how to program it and clean up. We will recommend Llona to our neighbors.

I've been meaning to write this review for a few months. (I apologize if I did already and forgot.) The plumber, Jim Kopacz, installed two toilets in my mother's home over a period of a couple of months. He was very fair, helpful, professional and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new toilet or repair on an old one.

Ricky and Jimmy came and repaired a leak and blockage beyond the trap in our bathroom sink. Very quick and very clean. Workers were also friendly, yet businesslike. I was happy with the price.

The A-Team came to my rescue. What started with a brand new water heater installation, turned out to be a broken hot water pipe under my foundation as the major culprit. I chose NOT to break my terrazzo floor to fix the one leak, and opted the get my home re-piped. It was due as I have an older home. I also got a brand new water filtering/softening system as I have well water. The team did it in 2 days, with minimal wall damage. Amazing! Kudos to Alain for getting into my tight attic and getting the job done. Thank you to the team of Roberto, Leroy, Alain, Klu and JC and Mr. Maurice who paid a visit to see the work (unfortunately, I was out, but my hubby got to say 'hello'). Great work guys. My thanks. I now have GREAT water!!!

We are very happy with our new AC system and the technicians who installed it. They arrived promptly when they said they were coming. Billy Gann, Travis and Jason were very professional, friendly, helpful and answered all our questions. They took our old unit out and cleaned up all the mess it left behind along with the wrappings from the new installation. We highly recommend Alvarez Plumbing & Air Conditioning.

Roto Rooter was quick to diagnose my need to have my drain pipes completely replaced, a rather large expense, which I agreed to in an effort to get this done ASAP. A contract was immediately signed with an expectation of a 3-4 day turnaround. I was out of my house for roughly 11 days with next to no communication from my Sales Rep/ Project Manager Emmitt (Aaron) Smith.Emmitt explained that this was a fairly routine job and would only take a few days. I called to follow-up after the job started with no return call, I followed-up the day before the expected completion date in which he stated another day or two because of hold-ups. I followed up two days later with no return phone call. During this time I stopped by my home twice to see minimal work done and only one person on the crew working. This continued to happen as I would check-in with only one person working or not there at all. The crew was supposed to be two people, which naturally would allow for the project to be completed in a timely manner.I finally went over to the house nine days after repairs started. There was still a lot of work to be done. I called Emmitt and let him know that his lack of communication was unacceptable and that he had dropped the ball on all commitments he had made. He then called the employee doing the work at my home and screamed and cursed him out, completely unprofessional. Two days later the project was complete only when TWO employees came to finish the job. A few moments after the crew wrapped up, I spoke with Emmitt to confirm next steps and then proceeded to hear him call his crew and mock me for trying to increase the communication and let him know my disappointment with everything. Completely unprofessional, yet again.It seems like Emmitt is your shining star to get contracts signed, but has no intention of following through on commitments in a timely manner. Both Emmitt and his crew openly admitted to me that they took on additional jobs after my contract was signed and moved my job to the back burner as it was a time commitment and a larger job, which ultimately displaced me for roughly 10 days.Lastly, the crew left behind much of the pipes that were removed and miscellaneous materials and tools. Its been over a week, they never came to collect their items or properly dispose of the previous pipes. That service was included in the contract price. I've now discarded this material on my own.If you come across Emmitt in the Tampa Bay area, just know what you are getting into. Clearly the company values profit over service.Thank you for getting this job done, I have used you all in the past, however I do not plan on calling you back should any other needs arise because you have employees that dont respect or value their employees or their customers.
