Dealing with a shower repair was stress-free thanks to their skilled plumber. The repair was swift, and my shower is as good as new.

BEWARE: They charge you by the hour the moment the plumber is dispatched. So in my case it cost me $135 for him to just drive to my house before he had even started on the actual job. Thank god he didn't get stuck in traffic! Seriously. I hate feeling ripped off especially when you are in a situation where you need help. I don't like companies that find sneaky ways to get even more money out of you instead of simply charging you for the work done. I won't be calling this company again. Maybe I wouldn't have felt so ripped off if the travel charge wasn't the same as the expert labor charge.

Great Plumbing company. We had our hot water heater burst in the middle of the night and flood our kitchen. They answered the phone at 1 am and were out in about 45 minutes to shut off the heater. They then showed up early the next day to remove the old heater and replaced it with a new one. After drying out my kitchen and dining area, they then were able to give me a quote to resurface my floors and install new wood trim throughout my dining room.
I would certainly use this company again. They were not only life savers, but very friendly and professional.

I called Bay Area Plumbing this morning because of my clogged lines and slow drains and was extremely pleased when they showed up within hours to address my issues. They should be called the dangerous plumbers because when they drive their trucks they are texting and other activities on their cell phones instead of paying attention to driving. I was behind one of their trucks going down Linebaugh Ave at about 2:30 / (06/01/2018)-he was doing 15MPH in a 30MPH zone backing up traffic behind him and then stops at a green light at Florida Ave. and just sits there while it later turns yellow and then red- the whole time i could see in his side view mirror he was texting and ignoring me beeping my horn. they are a menace on the road.

Very pleased with Alvarez Plumbing, we have used them before and have never been disappointed. Our toilet was running in a bad way and needed some extensive work. James was sent to our home, he was polite and wore protective booties when he entered our home. James explained what needed to be done and since we had some knowledge of what was wrong, knew he was being honest. James did an awesome job replacing the damaged parts, everything looked good and no leaks were detected after. We will use Alvarez again and request for James to do the work.

We called Roto-Rooter this afternoon for an emergency sewer clog that came up. Keli was our service technician - and we were lucky that he came out quickly and was able to unclog the main line for us. He was very professional and made sure that we understood what was wrong with our system. He also made sure to explain everything that he was doing to fix the issue and made sure we understood what he was doing with the snake and removing and replacing the toilet.After the job was done, he helped clean up the bathroom and gave us preventative measures to take in the future. I would definitely use Roto-Rooter again in the future, and highly recommend Keli who did the service for us in Clearwater.
