It was late on a Saturday night when we noticed that our toilets would not flush & our septic tank needed to be pumped... started to call around and even though it was after 8pm, Adam answered the phone (no voice mail) and I explained to him what what happening and asked when he could possibly be able to fit us in to get our issue resolved.... he was at our house the next morning (on a Sunday). He was quick and professional and within about a half hour we were able to flush our toilets again. Thank you Adam, we REALLY appreciate your fast response!!!!!!

Ramsey, my service tech, was extremely professional and courteous. Overall, the service was impeccable. I had a toilet flowing water from the base and the issue was resolved in less than two hours from the initial phone call to Olin Plumbing.

I had an underground leak in my front yard by the driveway. I did not know if it was a broken pipe under the driveway or in the yard near it, so I called GulfShore Plumbers. Adrian came, found the breaks and repaired them. When the water was turned back on, a leak under the driveway appeared.
We discussed what solutions were possible with estimates for the cost. Adrian said he would come back the next day and replace the broken pipe under the driveway. The next morning when he and another man arrived, he told me he and his boss had discussed the problem and had come up with a much easier and cheaper way to fix the problem. They did it and it worked. I REALLY appreciated the lack of damage to the yard and driveway and the price and will happily recommend them to friends.

I had gotten a quote from another plumbing company, but wanted a second opinion. I am so happy that I did because the technician was very knowledgeable and was able to quickly solve my problem at a very reasonable cost.
