It took a couple of visits, but Jim, the repair man found the tiny leak. The refrigerant had leaked out. All the labor and parts were under warranty (new unit came with a 1 year warranty). Jim was professional, worked the entire time and didn’t give up until he found the problem even when it took a couple of visits. I would absolutely recommend Jim and this company.

This is by far the best plumbing service I’ve EVER gotten. He does jetting service, sprinklers installments, my water heater stop working and he made sure by noon I’d had water and sure enough I had it. What a great guy and company!

Forthright Plumbing was on schedule, very professional, cleaned up work space when job was complete, performed great work and offered fair price. Forthright installed a water softener in our home and Josh installed an additional bypass for added measure along with doing everything for setup/ config and filling with salt they provided. Would absolutely recommend and definitely use Forthright again.

I had the opportunity to need the services of a plummer so Icalled Olin Plumbing. I had a terrific experience. They wereon time , very professional and very courteous. (Great personality)I was given a quote before they started the work. The workbecame a little more of a problem, but the stuck to the quote.I could not be more satisfied. They are my plummer for life. Theplumbers name they sent me was Doug. Doug was awesome.When I need a plummer in the future a will be asking for Doug.
