We had our septic backing up into our shower. We had the septic tank emptied but after running water from the house nothing was draining into the septic. My husband called Relief Services and from start to finish they were very pleasant and professional to work with. Thank you to Javier for working so hard to solve and fix the problem.

Do not use this company. This company came to unclog a toilet and run a camera and did not provide a written report or pictures and charged $588.00. I spoke to the owner Dwayne Taylor and he stated that he would send his Technician Jose back out to provide pictures or a recording of the scope the next day. Well today Jose called and was very rude and patronizing and hung up on me. I spoke to the owner Dwayne Taylor to let him know that I was going to dispute the charge because we did not get a report and he was loud and rude and stated they deal with people disputed their charges all of the time, which says a lot about this company. Do yourself a favor and never call this company for anything.

I called the Pink Plumber and George came out and solved my problem and even gave me lots of tips on how to keep this problem from happening again. Had a high water bill and had Everydayplumber came out to check out what was going on. Turns out it was only an intermittently running toilet. Got it fixed in no time. Always the first plumbers I call.

Had my home pipped from this company and was very happy. They started when they said they would, did the job in the time that I was told it would take did everything that they proposed to do. I recomend them to anyone looking for an honest contractor. I am a State Certified Roofing Contractor and have been in business for over 17 years and have seen my share of bad people and it is hard to trust anyone. They are a business you can trust.

I tried to use them for a repipe. Paul, the owner i think came out gave a fair price but in the end, i had to go with a lower cost company, simply for budget concerns. Paul seemed professional but that was only until i tried to use him/ his company for a minor covert bath set up to a shower set up. And since this happened to be the same house that i didnt have him repipe, in his words it left a sour taste in my mouth he actually refused my business.

The reason i tried to use him for this issue and not the plumbers that actually did the repipe, was because he seemed professional at the time and did give me a fair middle range bid. I own rental properties and always thought i would at least attempt to use his business in the future. but not now, not ever. You'd think he would like the opportunity to showcase why i should have gone with him. But i guess not
