Very friendly staff and happy with my experience.

Called to snake kitchen drain. Was told I would be informed when they were on the way. Called when they arrived at the house. Told me it was 330 to snake drain. I told them the management company probably wouldn’t approve that amount but I would call them. He immediately got rude and hateful and said he wasn’t waiting around if they weren’t going to approve it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. Rude and disrespectful and they’ve don’t do what they say.
He said I’m not charging you an Afterhours fee however he was wanting to charge 330 for a simple kitchen drain snake. What a joke!

Great Plumbing company. We had our hot water heater burst in the middle of the night and flood our kitchen. They answered the phone at 1 am and were out in about 45 minutes to shut off the heater. They then showed up early the next day to remove the old heater and replaced it with a new one. After drying out my kitchen and dining area, they then were able to give me a quote to resurface my floors and install new wood trim throughout my dining room.
I would certainly use this company again. They were not only life savers, but very friendly and professional.

Our house was being renovated and Llona revamped all of the plumbing, from water heater to fixtures. They showed up when they were supposed to, were courteous, did not nickel and dime, and got the job done right. Llona is the only plumbing company we will call from now on. Highly recommended!

Heads Down the best plumbing company in Tampa. Tim is hands down the nicest plumbing guy a know that actually cares about its customers. Lol try calling some of these other companies Good luck finding a great person with great service.

Once we identified the source of the problem, discussed options and settled on a solution, the technician worked diligently to unclog the drain and provide us with a successful outcome. Quite pleased.

So, I'm writing this review for me and my mom. First and foremost, the professionalism started when my mom first called the company to set up the appointment she then called and informed me of the date and time but forgot to let Chris (the one who answered on the first ring lol again a plus for us because that mean someone is there and ready to help) that she would be at work around that time. So, I had to get the number and call right back Chris answered and I said that my mom forgot that she had to work and wouldn't be home but that I would be home instead he stated no problem and asked for my contact number. in which the plumber would call before arriving. Now keep in mind we had been without an oven for 1 month only being able to use the top burners and two air fryers thank god for those three things. I'm a person that LOVE to cook so not having a full operating stove was really getting to me, but we made it work. We contacted three business and even went on a very POPULAR app in which I want post their name but the price oh my dang.!!! This company was the ONLY reasonable price quoted with the same work the other companies was going to be doing but had a much affordable price. The two plumbers that came one name was Mario and the other one Mike was on time and ready to get in there before they even touched the new stove, they turnt off the gas. I stated that I wanted to put the tip brake (I hope that's the correct name) on the stove and thought that it would be an additional cost (we had our stove for over 10 years so this was new for both of us so that's why I thought it be a cost) and they stated they would put it on, and it was no problem PERFECT. They kept all opened boxes paper etc. in a neat pile moved the old stove in a area I wanted it to go so it wouldn't be in the way until pick up and also place the trash in the garbage. I called my mom and before I could give her the run down one plumber, I didn't get their names when they we're here I know I should have I was just SUPER excited said were done I stated excuse my french damn that fast lol...I told my mom I would call her back because they wanted to show me that the unit was working and how to work it that it wouldn't move no matter what and that he had used concreate nails to make sure it would never move. I wanted to leave this review sorry if it is long, but I wanted to make sure to put all my feelings, experiences, and excitement into this review. So, we will be doing future business with this company. THANK YOU SO MUCH BAY AREA PLUMBING INC.
Work Done: Uninstalled my old gas unit and reinstalled my new gas unit.

I actually posted this on Yelp the day you visited on 09/30 but it was stuck in limbo.

Love-love-love this company! This was my 3rd attempt at scheduling a plumber. First two companies scheduled the appointment and after I used vacation days for both appointments they cancelled an hour before they were supposed to show up. Called TCP and the person I spoke with was awesome. Kind and compassionate. She reassured me they would show. Called on Monday afternoon late and had an appointment for Thursday which was perfectly acceptable as these were non-emergency repairs. They did everything as promised. Showed up on time - friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and the pricing was fair and reasonable. I will never use another plumber again. You made a customer for life! Thank you for understanding the art of great customer service.

Olin Plumbing overall has been an absolute wonderful company to work with. My house had severe water damage due to a rusted, broken stack pipe draining water into the floors. Olin Plumbing immediately sent Joe to my house to assess the situation.Joe not only did an amazing job detecting the leak and fixing the broken stack pipe in a timely manner, but actually ended up re-piping my entire home.I had two other plumbing companies come for an estimate on the re-pipe, and they both told me how wonderful of a job whomever fixed my stack pipe did (this of course was Joe).Joe has been very honest and up front with me from the beginning, something I have not experienced with plumbers in the past.Oh, and did I mention Joe helped me get the door open to my bedroom that my three naughty dogs ended up locking themselves into. He was pretty much my hero that day!All in all, I would absolutely use Olin Plumbing again, and will forever request Joe's service, because he is simply the best.
