Very professional company and gave me quotes on a large job before starting, causing me to change my approach to solve our plumbing issue. Would highly recommend! Roy is the best service guy! I was referred to Cyclone by a friend who had large renovations done to his home previously. Tom came out and inspected the plumbing issue that I had reported with my home which included slow draining, occasional backups, and a smell coming from underneath our home (1920's bungalow in Seminole Heights). He quickly set a follow up appointment to have their team do a more accurate inspection to ensure we knew exactly what needed to be done. After we knew all of the issues that needed to be repaired, Tom gave me a straight forward and very fair price for work that would completely fix our plumbing issues. At no point was there any up-selling or pressure to add more services. He simply asked me after the full evaluation what would you like from us? They fixed exactly what they promised and didn't add any surprise fees or cost at the end. One thing that stood out for us is Cyclone never charged us until the job was complete, this includes the two times they came out before starting work to ensure that we knew what the source of the problems were. Most other companies will charge you just to come out and say hi. These guys are local and were very knowledgeable of the type of construction and common issues with this style home. My wife and I are very happy and would absolutely use them in the future with any other services we need that they offer.

Got the job done fast and correctly

I called Bay Area Plumbing and told them my tankless water heater was going cold randomly and that I had never flushed the system and figured that was the issue. They sent a tech out to troubleshoot and he couldn't fix it and didn't bring the equipment to do the flush I told them initially I figured it needed. The plumber agreed it needed to be flushed and said to make another appointment and suggested that I would just have one bill for all the service. I made a second appointment and got the water heater flushed, then got two bills. I called and explained that I originally said it needed to be flushed but they didn't care, they wanted their $175 over a happy customer. To top it all off, I'm still having issues with the water heater after paying Bay Area a couple hundred dollars to fix it.

I had a plumbing emergency one evening. The repairman, Richard G., came to my house well before his estimated time of arrival, which was great! He assessed the problem and went right to work on it. Richard worked quickly and carefully, and I soon had water flowing from my faucets again. Richard G is not only a knowledgeable technician, but a very pleasant and courteous gentleman with which to do business. I would use Olin's services and request Richard every time I needed a plumbing problem fixed. I am very satisfied.
