Water leaking from ceiling from A/C drip pan on a late Saturday afternoon. Quick response from provider and the technician Blake Vallee came out and took care of the issue that day. He was professional and explained what was going on. He fixed the issue and the A/C is running great! We will be using them to maintenance our system. After we paid over $4000 for services regarding our HVAC system, a few weeks later there were issues and no one responded to texts, phone calls or emails. Very disappointing! Other HVAC companies came out and told us very simple duct work problems were there; that Framework Services did not fix our problems or stand by their work.
