Just nice people. From the office guy to the plumber that came out. Did a fine job at my rental house and were nice to deal with. Will use again.

Unprofessional (cursing while working) and condescending. Insinuated that the reason the house I’m renting, that’s had plumbing issues from day one, was perhaps because we didn’t know how to use the drain stopper in the shower. 🤔 Didn’t acknowledge that there was a leak in the ceiling and blamed the water spot on poor workmanship from a previous leak. Then cut the area out of the ceiling. Didn’t pick up or clean up the cut drywall. Had to wait a week for visit two. This time the reason the drains were clogged was bc of flushed wipes and threatened to report us as negligent and charge an extra $300 if he has to come out again. My family doesn’t flush wipes, so there’s that. And didn’t clean up after themselves after visit two either.

They did exactly what the name says excellent plumbing to my house that is old and had to replace the plumbing because I didn't have any water pressure. Great price and friendly staff. Thank you

The experience of using Plumb Great plumbing for the first time was impressive ! Charles was able to fix a clogged tub drain that a previous plumbing service could not. He rebuilt the the toilet tank that had flushing issues and did all this in the most professional way. He was very neat , clean and efficient in doing these repairs.
The quality and cost was better than any other plumber I had used in the past!
Charles is very personable and when he leaves you have met a forever friend and plumber you will always want back for any plumbing issues!

New HVAC, 2017. Unit maintained routinely since originally installed. Requested annual maintenance from Cornerstone Pros. Googled, average cost of HVAC annual maintenance Hillsborough County, FL which reflected a range of between $75 - $200. Maintenance done for our unit included, cleaning condensate line ($168), cleaning coil in place ($251) plus $49 Trip Fee (which should've been part of annual maintenance, not an add-on to pad bill), we were told was reduced from $69, because you signed up for membership of $9.95 per month. Total cost: $468, plus annual maintenance contract of $120 per year, totaled $588. Job Time: 2 hours. Total $588 (reflects addition of cost for one full year of annual maintenance fee we paid monthly at $9.95 per month). BUT, $468 was only good IF we agreed to annual contract. Otherwise, it would be $700 something. It's maintenance, not brain surgery. We'd expected to pay $250, maybe...$300 out the door, but, $468 plus $9.95 for monthly contract totaled $588. That's a far cry from $200 (nearly $400 more than google told us we could expect). Paying $294 per hour for annual maintenance was outrageous, but, the work had already been done, so, seeing no recourse, reluctantly, we agreed. It's a classic case of bait and switch. These HVAC repairmen are not brain surgeons. They are trained to do a job for which they should be fairly compensated, but, any reasonable person can agree $294 per hour is unjustifiable. Marginal business practices at best, highway robbery, at worst. Though I can't see how, Manager, Miguel Silva, disagrees. Though annual contract cancellations are ordinarily disallowed (else, if we did, we were told the original price without the annual maintenance contract would apply retroactively), Miguel cancelled our contract 7 months in, with no reimbursement. If, after reading this review, you still choose to employ Cornerstone Pros, watch your wallet.

Refreshing to have a company actually show up and do good quality work and stick to the price they quoted. Would definitely recommend them to others!
