In these trying times it's hard to find good quality plumbers or any other profession. We lucked out!!!!. We live in an RV full time and had a leak under the sink and also in the Hepvo Sanitary Waste Valve that needed to replaced. When we started to call plumbers everyone wanted over $`175.00 an hour on up and a trip charge. Charles called me right back in a timely manner and also got us on his book first thing Monday morning. We are here on the military base for work, temp and got him in with a Visitors Pass. He replaced the parts we needed and made new ones as the old parts were worn out. So professional and knowledgeable wish more people were like him and took care of others, including our military folks. If you need a great plumber this is the man and company for you. Ture to all the 5 star reviews are all real!!! Many thanks to you Charles for the help we so desperately needed. Your prices are fair and reasonable for the job.

Was really impressed with the courtesy and professionalism. There was a challenge in installing the unit in my older home , and another technician and quality assurance manager ultimately came out quickly following the initial install and identified a problem , and set up and detailed a resolution. They made what could have been a poor experience into a great one.

Don’t work with these guys it’s clear they aren’t professional in the way they handle business. I guarantee that all their 5 star reviews must be fakes after the way the way I seen them really handle business.

Great prompt and qualities top notch

I reviewed the 5 stars handbook. Reached out to Titan Plumbing and Electric service. As a new customer I called their on call service. Joey Coppage the technician called me back sooner than I expected, we review the situation and he was on his way. Joey was prompt, professional, polite & personable. He was extremely knowledgeable, & provided a great solution. Especially, for an on-call emergency situation over the weekend no-less. I cannot thank Joey & Titan Plumbing and Electrical for being so responsive & a great job.
