I’m so glad I called this company to come out to my place of business. I called them last night to send someone out to repair an issue I had and they sent someone the following day. They would have sent someone the same day but I told them not to only because we were closed. Everyone who I encountered during this time was very professional from scheduling my repair to repairing the problem. The guys who came out were very polite and knowledgeable in their field. They were able to find the problem in less than five minutes and had everything repaired in under an hour. I like how the owner of the company came out as well to make sure everything was going well. I've been a residential customer of Llona plumbing for ten years and over those years they've serviced a couple of my properties. Recently at my home I needed service on a tankless water that they've serviced twice previously without incident but for this service call I was disappointed that Lloan refused to service my water heater. The first person I spoke too said they would rather replace the unit with a tank heater. That wasn't the answer I was expecting, so I got a call back a few minutes later telling me they don't service my type of water heater anymore because it cost too much for the customer and that they don't have a skilled tech to work on it. Llona was unable to refer me to someone else and told me sorry. While leaving me and my family of five in the cold. Not the level of service I expected from them. Now I'm shopping for a new plumbing company to begin a relationship with. I see a lot of positive feedback which is good but I would strongly encourage you to get a second opinion before committing to Llona plumbing.

These guys are awesome, competitive pricing and very knowledgeable. They'll tell you straight up which job they can do and when they can get it done when you call them. The main drain pipe in the bouse I just bought was rusty and causing clogs, Josh saved it and he made it as good as new very quickly.

I have what is called water hammer in my system. Plumbing Today sent over a technician that had to be with his supervisor on the phone and troubleshoot the problem,with no avail. Snd on top of it tried to sell my wife a whole new pipeline for the whole house. The guy that came the next day, before even looking at the, said you need a new valve. He did not troubleshoot the problem. He said that he looked at the manufacturer of the system and they are from China and there website is in Chinese, I looked it up it NOT in Chinese! It's in English, the guy tried to sell my wife an $1100 job, which is under warranty (parts). I do.not feel that the guys know how really solve an issue, the are trying to get an easy fix and charge for it. If you need a plumbing repair DO NOT CALL THEM! ! I am extremely disappointed.
