As far as residential is concerned, look elsewhere. After their work we had 3 gas leaks, clogged sewage, tub that separated from floor (was never even used) and the surcharge on supplies was outrageous.

Super nice, professional plumber. We were told by multiple plumbers that we needed our water heater replaced. Drain Flo's estimate was the lowest. My wife picked them, not because of that, but because they were the friendliest, and just seemed like good people.

Their work was clean and efficient. Honestly, I couldn't believe how quietly they worked. I was watching the Rays in the World Series, and they were installing the heater in a connected room. I hardly knew they were there! And they followed up quickly when we had a minor issue after installation.

We had a stopped up sink, I called the office and had a plumber at my door within 20 minutes. (during normal business hours) Chris came into the house listened to the situation and what I had already done said he was going up on the roof to snake it out. 10 minutes later he was done and everything worked great. Ripoff! I called Maurici Plumbing because I had a clogged shower drain. They charged $213 to unclog it from the hair that was causing the backup. They were here a total of 30 minutes. Would never use them again. Would strongly suggest you consider other alternatives. Oh, and in their greeting when they answer the telephone they say what can we do today to put a smile on your face - not ripping me off would be a good start.

Sean arrived ahead of schedule, diagnosed the problem and offered a solution very quickly. He advised us of the cost and proceeded to complete the work within a short period of time. We are COOL again. Thank You Sean.

Last night our shower and toilets started over flowing with sewage water. My husband called Roto-Rooter at 4:30 pm. They set up the appointment for 6:00pm, which was wonderful because as you can imagine, no one wants to deal with sewage water in your bathrooms until the next day. Ben, the assigned technician, was AWESOME! He really went above and beyond. He was thorough, attentive to detail, professional and courteous. He was definitely the silver lining in a crappy situation. He worked very quickly and was extremely patient in answering all of our questions.
