They sent out unlicensed untrained installers to my home. They only came back out one time and did nothing to fix the problem and had an attitude about. So I hired a known licensed AC company reputable to come out and second opinion.I was told it was one of the worst flex hose installation jobs he has ever seen. I have leaks at every connection leading into the box the connections everything I have more AC in my attic than I do in my house. So I most likely got ripped off$2850 and they got mad at me because I put a stop payment to the second half of the check and told me that there's going to be an extra charge to me. So I'm going to have to have it all ripped back out again and I most likely lost my $2,850 unless they refunded to me quietly or I take him to small claims court and the better Business bureau.

After we paid over $4000 for services regarding our HVAC system, a few weeks later there were issues and no one responded to texts, phone calls or emails. Very disappointing! Other HVAC companies came out and told us very simple duct work problems were there; that Framework Services did not fix our problems or stand by their work.

Great service, provided service immediately for us. We had pipe damage (cast iron), dirt and water backing up in our laundry and we had recently remodeled the house and we didn’t want to destroy it putting new pipes through the it, this was our best option. The owner John was very helpful, explained the process and answered all our questions and request. Kent and his crew were great.
