Excellent Plumbing Services!!!

We had a plumbing emergency in the middle of the night on a Friday, and after calling nearly 20 other plumbers, I found Drain Flo. One phone call was all it took at nearly 1:30am for Dwayne came to our house. When he got here, he immediately went to work diagnosing the issue and working out a fix.

The fix he proposed wasn’t an easy one. It required him to be uncomfortable and work in a tightly-cramped area (how our house was constructed made the repair nearly inaccessible).

Instead of going with an expensive fix that required the removal and reinstallation of our water heater, Dwayne chose a repair that was less expensive and more physically demanding on him in order to help stay within my family’s budget.

That’s the kind of man he is. Dwayne didn’t have to work out a creative and cost-effective solution for our family, but he did it because he’s a good man and runs his business in the most honest way you might imagine.

I cannot speak highly enough of his service, demeanor, professionalism, work quality, and- most importantly for me- his moral compass.

Dwayne has found himself a new customer and an evangelist for his business. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

8/1/2023. Well who knew ants could come up thru your toilet. Well they can if the toilet seat has any movement. I called Everyday Plumber, discussed my problem and scheduled for someone to come out

Today Cole came to inspect to determine next steps.

Unfortunately due to a variety of life issues going on; I was short tempered and a bit rude to Cole while be was explaining steps and setting expectations. Cole did nothing to deserve my attitude and tone. Cole continued to be calm and professional. I must definitely apologized for being rude to him etc

Bottom line; problem fixed. Thank you Cole and Everyday Plumbing. You will always be my plumber of choice.

Let’s be honest; no one wants plumbing issues. But they happen and you want a company that will provide fast, efficient service, priced reasonably supported by a staff that know their trade and an owner who cares. That’s what you get from Everyday Plumber.

I had water in my garage; reached out to Everyday. Ryan came out and quickly identified sources Talked through options (repair or repair pipe while house). Based upon age of home and type of piping; I opted for the re piping. Ryan was great in walking me thru the process etc. He capped off area causing leak; job was scheduled to start two days later

Allen and Tyler arrived on time; walked thru job and got started. I’m not thrilled with holes in wall that were required to run new piping; but these guys were empathetic and tried to minimize subsequent repair work The job took about 9 days. They were professional, sympathetic to my circumstances and even took time to be friendly to our pup Diesel.
