Best Cooling Plumbing in Tampa FL

BEWARE: They charge you by the hour the moment the plumber is dispatched. So in my case it cost me $135 for him to just drive to my house before he had even started on the actual job. Thank god he didn't get stuck in traffic! Seriously. I hate feeling ripped off especially when you are in a situation where you need help. I don't like companies that find sneaky ways to get even more money out of you instead of simply charging you for the work done. I won't be calling this company again. Maybe I wouldn't have felt so ripped off if the travel charge wasn't the same as the expert labor charge.

Friendly , prompt, and quality service. I don’t know what else you can ask for.

I found this review I wrote over a year ago, which I guess never posted, when I went to post a new review. This one was after I had installed a new kitchen sink and counters.

I always use Alvarez Plumbing, as I have never had a bad experience with them. All the workers who have worked on my properties over the years have been highly professional problem solvers, courteous, and take the time to explain what they are doing or what the problems are. They have earned my repeat business, and my recommendation. James and Barry were excellent today. They reconnected my faucet and instant hot, and explained, after trying their best to make it work, why my disposal could not be reinstalled, since I went with an undermount sink, and my old sink had a shallow side sink for the disposal. They could do it, if they made a hole in the exterior wall to run a new line that would line up with the disposal, but it wasn't worth it to me. They also reconnected a toilet that had been removed for a flooring job. They found a small leak in a supply line under the sink that I had never noticed, and replaced the line. James has been out to my house before, and I was glad to see him again. He is tenacious in getting the job done. While checking the connections and running the sink water, they discovered my newly re-done shower, adjacent to the kitchen was not draining. Seems the tile guy never flushed out the drain, and the grout/dust had solidified, causing a stoppage. So they cleared that for me too. I appreciate the thoroughness of James and Barry. They are an asset to the company.

I heard a lot of great things about Corner Stone and today I got to experience firsthand the great customer service! Joseph who came to do a plumbing inspection was personable, clearly reviewed what he would be inspecting and made recommendation on preventative maintenance that I ended up getting for my tankless water heater. Thanks Joe for your professionalism and expertise! Also, the staff in office, communication and follow up was top notch! I would recommend the yearly plan it’s a great value! I look forward to my next inspection for AC!

Very impressed. I was given a window from 2-6pm. A text message confirmation appeared around 2:20pm and received a call letting me know William would arrive in 20mins if that still worked? I said of course. William arrived on time. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He repaired my hvac ( backed up water main) and gave me a few tips. Now the price for the repair was high at $265 and hard to stomach but everything else was great.

Another great experience with this company. I needed quick and I got it. I'm a member of their whole house plan so it was quick and painless. I understood everything they did and will be doing. Ed was professional and kind. They don't try to sell you stuff you can't afford either. I'm glad I found them in August when my A/C went out.

They do so much more than just ac repair. I had a gas water heater replaced last week. They had me up and running in no time. Everything about the install was great!
