Arrived quickly to help unclog a kitchen sink drainage issue the day before Easter. Would use again. However, they could use some type of automation to take payments on weekends, instead of writing down credit card information!

They are dependable and on time. If there's an issue or if you have a concern they are going to addeess it. Joey and his team were friendly and knowledgeable. Everything went as planned for our sewer repair and reroute. It was messy job but they took care of it and made sure we were happy with the finished product. We would recommend them and use them again.

Adrian Miranda is exceptional at his job and takes real pride as to his skill set. He is mindful of Covid and wears a mask at all times. He fixed problems that less experienced plumbers missed, he explained what he did, what I should be aware of, and what I should be looking for in the future. He informed me of the best brands and best features in plumbing fixtures and as a bonus he asked me if there is any plumbing question I wanted to ask him. Best experience. Ask for Adrian, you won't be disappointed.

I'm overjoyed to have found Jeremy Knipe, the owner of Northern Plumbing. He hydrojetted my drain lines, which were filled with gunk. I'd been having continual problems with the toilet in my master bathroom, which had overfloweed and backed up into my shower and bathtub mutiple times since I bought the house about four years ago. My kitchen sink was also nearly plugged. Now the drain is fast.
It's not only that Jeremy did a great job, but he exudes integrity, which to me is the most important trait in any tradesperson. Something I didn't realize is that the licensing requirements for plumbers in Florida are very weak compared to those up north. Jeremy is from Boston, where requirements are far more stringent than they are here in Florida, and where Jeremy had extensive education in plumbing.
Jeremy is also very personable, and took the time to explain everything to me and to answer all my questions.
I've found my (hopefully) permanent plumber!

I am very pleased with Williams plumbing. They are such a reliable company, and we have used them several times. This time around, the sewer line was clogged and Andy came out and took care of it before the weekend. I’m very impressed by their responsiveness, and they always do a good job.

Disappointed with choosing small business/Mom and Pop shop. Should have gone with the more expensive plumber. Replaced a sink basket under kitchen sink - didn't ask about color so now I have two sink drains that don't match. Left putty all around drain - will hopefully rinse away eventually. Then asked to replace shower arm - should have left well enough alone. Old shower arm broke off so we had to scramble to decide what we were going to do (didn't want to rip out all plaster/tile, etc.). Our painter who was there actually jumped in and helped. Plumber did not test to make sure new shower arm would properly attach. Didn't discover this until the next day so called him back out and was charged for service call again. I spent $300 for something that should have really been about $150 max. The extra $95 service call fee is what capped it all off for me. I feel like I got completely ripped off. The plumber just acted like he wanted to hurry up and be done. From now on, I'm calling Mullin or RotoRooter.
