We needed a main breaker and two wires replaced in our main electrical panel, to comply with a 4 Point inspection. Donovan came out and explained everything step by step. He was so personable, it was like we were old friends. He even put two clamps on a water heater hose that was a bit long so that it was now secured to the wall. Donavon and his helper Joey went above and beyond the call of duty. it was the first time we used this company, and I can honestly say that I will use them again if the need arises. I had called Alvarez plumbing today to help me with my kitchen sink which was not draining properly. I was hoping that they can get it fixed today, and I was hoping they would give me an estimate of their charges over the phone, but I was not given any estimate whatsoever. I then had a representative from the company come in and take a look. After 5 to 10 minutes of assessment, he had told me that, the charges would reach $400 just to take care of the plumbing problem. I have not been charged this much for a simple drainage issue. It would have been nice if they had communicated that cost, or even just an estimate, over the phone so I would not have wasted my time. Furthermore, I was charged $49 just for dispatch fee. I did not have my kitchen sink fixed, had to get off work earlier to receive them and worse, I got charged for nothing. My sink remains clogged. Please do not use this company if you are looking for immediate and affordable plumbing.

Charles answered the phone at 7:30 this morning. I explained I had a leaking faucet and couldn’t shut off the water. He was at my house by 9:00. The problem was bigger than he thought, but he held to his quote. 2.5 hours later no more leak, plus new stainless steel hoses. And he fixed our shower. And cut down two large screws holding in our toilet. Charles is solid. Five stars.

The employees sent by Total Plumbing, Devin and Ralph, did a great job! They were on time and completely professional. We needed a plumber quick and they were there within the same day, fixed the sink efficiently, and were on their way.

Contacted Matt Late in the day and he was able to come out first thing the next morning. He was very punctual and had the repair completed in less than 20 minutes. Our recommendation is without a doubt easy to give in this case. Thanks again for your hard work
