Christopher was very honest and knowledgeable. He was able to explain the process of replacing the hot water heater and our options. He was a God-sent during a frustrating and overwhelming process, so we appreciate his knowledge and patience. We would definitely use his business anytime we need an honest plumber. Had a stubborn kitchen sink drain which I could not remove. They dropped by, helped me out for a couple min with no charge. Awesome ! Will be calling if I ever a more serious issue in the future. A+ !!!

The water pipe on the side of my house broke and water was gushing out and flooding my yard. I was not able to get the main shut off valve by the street to work. I was in a state of panic. The wonderful plumbers at TBP were able to come to the house within the hour, shut off the water and fix the break. The cost was reasonable (much less than I expected) and the workmen were very professional. I will definitely call TBP again for plumbing issues and highly recommend them to my family/friends.

Brian installed a new shower head for me, and removed the old rain shower head. Brian was most courteous and friendly. He needed the wall to shower head pipe so he left to go get one from one of Cass's sippy warehouses. He was gone for about 15 to 20 minutes. Upon his return he completed the installation. I had a coupon for $75 off my next plumbing issue from Cass and used it for the installation charge. Cass is a great plumbing company for service and quality of work. I will use them again. Thanks Brian for a job well done!

I worked with Mark at All Hours Plumbing, and he was amazing. I did a bathroom renovation and he removed the old tub, toilet, and sink and replaced with all new fixtures. Being unknowledgable around plumbing, he answered all my questions and walked me through the process. I have a young child and without me asking or knowing it was important, he reinforced the tub spout to make sure my child wouldnt get hurt pulling or climbing on it in the bath. I couldn't feel better about putting my trust in Mark.

Additionally he noticed some other areas around the house that needed some work, explained why, gave me options to get it fix (mainline valve to the house old using plastic parts that can wear out over 20 years leading to failure) and never tried to pressure me into some repairs I wasnt anticipating or wanted. I can guarantee i will be using All Hours Plumbing for any plumbing work I have in the future.

The only company I recommend when a home owner needs a plumber.

Our plumbing leak was detected extremely fast. Jonathan explained the problem & solution thoroughly. The repair was completed quickly. I consider Cornerstone to be our go-to plumber from now on.

Mike was my third opinion. My garden tub hot water handle broke off in my hand- with the water ON. I was able to turn the water off under the sink, and call a plumber.

Plumber #1 - quote- $900- and they have to break the tile and remove the tub. (I then have tile fixed at my cost.)

Plumber #2 - quote - $300- they don’t have to remove the tub- that’s silly- they will just cut a hole in my drywall and go through there. (I then have drywall replaced, and painted at my cost.)

A Superior- quote $185. - had a tool the others didn’t know existed- fixed it in under 30 mins without breaking tiles, or drywall.

I will call Mike first from now on. He called to let me know he was running thirty minutes behind, BEFORE he was actually late- which is awesome, he was neat, friendly, and quick.

I know it’s not important to all, but he was really sweet to my small dog who came to see what he was doing, and then gave my cat scratches and pettings when he was leaving- As a lifelong animal activist, this is my litmus test for a good person- anyone that takes time to be good to an animal, from which they have nothing to gain- is a good person in my book.

This company was extremely responsive and attentive to all the plumbing issues related to a gut renovation of a bathroom in a 100-year old house. Have used them for 30 years and will continue to use them for another renovation project coming up.

They were very knowledgeable and worked quickly to complete the plumbing leak repair. They kept us informed and gave us instructions on securing our work site. 5/5!
