Jeremy is AMAZING!!! Not only is he knowledgeable, prompt, professional, and cleans up, he goes the extra mile to ensure you understand what and why items are needed. I swear I learned enough plumbing from him that I could be his assistant. I’ll add the open wall photo so you can see the rats nest reduced to just beautiful work. That all came with the extra 30min spent to test water flow and educate me on usage and maintenance. I can’t recommend anyone else, only plumber I’ll ever need.

Modern company was very professional in installing our hot water heater.

We've worked with Bob for a variety of projects in a condo and now a house - water heater replacement, fixing some plumbing issues in a shared bathroom wall, and recently the addition of a new bath.

Bob is punctual and reasonably priced, and has done a really nice job on the various projects. I've appreciated that he's more than happy to walk through what or why he's doing something, or talk through possible options - as someone who considers himself a bit handy but not a plumbing expert, it's nice to learn a bit about the work being done.

5 Stars all the way. Communication was great! They let me know who was coming and what time. Then Installer Russell called to tell me he was 20 minutes out from my house. Russell installed a 30 gallon electric Water Heater for me which I supplied. His work ethic was top notch, professional, cleaned up everything before he left and has a great smile.
