I have not seen such quality, customer service in a LONG time! Vince is my guy from here on out. He called to let me know he was on the way but was stuck in traffic. He was courteous, respectful, professional, honest, patient, friendly, definitely trustworthy and knowledgeable. Vince took the time to explain to me in detail why caused the three issues and how to avoid them next time. Vince is the epitome of Titan Plumbing & Electric - Honest and Trustworthy. We purchased a 1949 home in Seminole Heights, Tampa. We upgraded two bathrooms and the laundry room. We realized that all were effected by low water pressure. We called Pro Plumbing because they were close and happened to have a high rating. After discussing, we asked them to replace all of the piping, from the meter at the street and through out the house. The price was fair and they finished in a day. The water pressure is great and they are great.

This company is absolutely horrible they charged me $190 for 4 minutes on one drain. I then asked the employee if he would install this faucet in for me to replace the old one and he said no because I didn't mention it beforehand I have to make another appointment and be charged for two service calls now. I waited for my appointment over 5 days the time allotment was mine according to the manager the employee was concerned about his next job. The job took him the time it took me to get through one cigarette. I called the manager to express to him my experience and he offered to send someone out at a discounted rate mind you discounted from what a $190 per 5 minutes Do yourself a big favor and go elsewhere.

Technician, Bobby, did a thorough investigation and analysis before recommending a long-term solution that went beyond repairing the leaking pipe.

We scheduled a fix from our Home Warranty Or America. The front office and boots on the ground were prompt and frank. It was interesting to hear from an expert how far off our plumbing is from industry standards. Good to know moving forward on our projects or if we sell the house.

We've worked with Bob for a variety of projects in a condo and now a house - water heater replacement, fixing some plumbing issues in a shared bathroom wall, and recently the addition of a new bath.

Bob is punctual and reasonably priced, and has done a really nice job on the various projects. I've appreciated that he's more than happy to walk through what or why he's doing something, or talk through possible options - as someone who considers himself a bit handy but not a plumbing expert, it's nice to learn a bit about the work being done.

Do Not Call! I gave 1 stars because the service and Serviceman was great. Senior 'PREDATORY PRICING'.$329 and I paid CASH! We called Saturday morning, not Sunday, not a Holiday! Never even entered the house! Parked in front of the clean-out access, walked 25 feet plugged his rooter in outside outlet on porch, unscrewed the cap and rootered through a 2 foot root clog DONE! 30-40 MIN TOPS! Including unloading/loading rooter equipment and waiting for the bill! When he told me the price I almost fell down!! I even had him call back to explain how simple it was please reconsider I'm a Sr and paying cash! We're on Social Security, this wasn't a small pain. Really Sorry we called.
