I needed plumbing in the kitchen in my 100 year old house moved. After getting an estimate Antonio came back 2 days later, arrived on time, found the problem was bigger than expected due to an old home repair and proceeded to fix the problem. The were polite, professional and completed the job at no additional cost despite the mess they encountered. I will use them again if necessary and recommend them to all my friends.

The appointment was schedule between the hours of 8-11 which are my working hours and I had my parents stay at my home during the appointment timeframe. Per my mother she advise Tony and his counterpart was very professional and very informative. Thank you!

Called in the morning, and they had a team out within 2 hours. They had some struggles with their machine and returned quickly. They answered my questions and didn't leave until I was satisfied.

I'm overjoyed to have found Jeremy Knipe, the owner of Northern Plumbing. He hydrojetted my drain lines, which were filled with gunk. I'd been having continual problems with the toilet in my master bathroom, which had overfloweed and backed up into my shower and bathtub mutiple times since I bought the house about four years ago. My kitchen sink was also nearly plugged. Now the drain is fast.

It's not only that Jeremy did a great job, but he exudes integrity, which to me is the most important trait in any tradesperson. Something I didn't realize is that the licensing requirements for plumbers in Florida are very weak compared to those up north. Jeremy is from Boston, where requirements are far more stringent than they are here in Florida, and where Jeremy had extensive education in plumbing.

Jeremy is also very personable, and took the time to explain everything to me and to answer all my questions.

I've found my (hopefully) permanent plumber!

I set an appointment with Tampa Bay Plumbers and was provided with a window of 2PM-4PM that a technician would arrive and that I would receive a call 30 minutes before arrival. No one called or showed up. I received a call at 4PM stating there was an emergency and no one would be coming.First, I definitely understand things come up. However, my window was between 2PM and 4PM- calling me at 4PM and advising me no one is coming not only wasted my time- it was more than likely apparent prior to the end of the window that it would be missed. As courtesy to me, I should have been notified sooner so I could go about my day.

I contacted CDS to have my toilet flange lowered. They promised that a plumber would be at my house first thing in the morning. They sent Robert who is awesome. He knew just what was needed. He explained everything to me. He finished quickly and showed me what he had done. He cleaned up everything. In addition he was polite, well spoken, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Thank you Robert and CDS- you did a great job!

The work they did went well, but they broke part of my closet door and didn’t tell me— I only saw it after they had left.

Also, I was interested in a career in plumbing as it’s a trade I’ve considered in the past, and when I asked the technician a couple questions about how someone could get into the field, he said that they don’t hire women. Or rather- women aren’t hired by the older men that work in plumbing.

I thought the whole service went well until the end there when I found out sexism is still a problem in plumbing and when I found that they didn’t tell me about the damage.

Junior came to unclog the drain. He was willing to go the extra mile in assisting us with our needs. I am thankful and would recommend them highly

The price for re-piping seemed to be good, however it took them literally 2 months to finish the rushed job.
Every time you call there would be a lame excuse. First two weeks after they dug a trench in my front lawn it was rain, then all plumbers were sick (lady on the phone later admitted they got some commercial project and moved all plumbers to Orlando because they couldn't care less) then they had to finish someone else's job who was waiting for over a month according to them. The plumbers would come when they felt like it without even calling first. I had to be leaving the back door unlocked while at work during that time. About a month after the trench got dug up they opened up some walls which led to a rat sneaking in inside the kitchen.
About a month later they got it together and finished. However hot and cold lines were switched. It took them an extra week and a few visits to get it fixed because out of five people we dealt with only one seemed to be a real plumber and the other ones were perhaps some underpaid apprentices.
City inspection is finally passed, however these professionals cut the water supply to the mother in law suite stating it was not included in the job and that house needed to be re piped as well.
Luckily, we hired another company. The mother in law suite was already cpvc and the only two galvanized pipes left were the one they disconnected and garden hose one. I was shocked.
Never again. Stay away if you value you time and want to be treated with respect.

Dyser Plumbing charged $286.87 to unclog a shower, unclog a toilet, and locate the septic tank at a nearby single family home. Their auto-signed payment agreement fine print is still full of questionable agreements as shown in the attached image.

To their benefit of the doubt, they verbally followed up, to claim they enforce only part of the agreement.

They offer check, cash, or credit as means of payment. Payments with cash or check have the least amount of friction. Until this fine print is fixed, I recommend new customers ask to see the payment agreement before paying or just use cash or check as it is not shown in their iPad at the time of payment.

If you provide a credit card, they save it in a notepad, paste the credit card number and full credit card details in an email invoice and email it back to you as if credit card details belong in an email let alone being saved in a notepad. I don’t expect plumbers to be tech-savy and they may have been in existence long before customers used credit cards but they need to up their game.

Some positives: they work they did was great, they were prompt to arrive, and they were helpful.

We used this company for all the plumbing purposes for our newly constructed home with a move in of two months ago. We had them install two Trutankless water heater‘s. We have been contacting them since our move-in date with issues of not having hot water or it coming and going intermittently.Service tech “Elvis”came out a couple of times and was unable to fix the issue. Then called the company again and spoke to Brian who said he would call us back and we still have not heard from him in over a week. The service tech claims that he’s in touch with the creator of the true tankless water heater and that he would get help to fix it but this is still been a problem and we have been living in the home for two months and it’s still not resolved.
