They came in the middle of the night to provide a critical service and at the same time suggested necessary and critical services that we did not even realize we're available to us on the spot. They offered an affordable and high-quality option to clean up a mess that was caused by other plumbers at an earlier time. They set our minds at ease and began working diligently towards solving our issue... All at a time of night that most companies wouldn't dream of working. we are still neck-deep in our cleanup but my wife and I feel confident that true plumbers will be able to get the job done in a reasonable amount of time and without causing us unnecessary inconvenience. Mitchell was called due to a pipe leak in the roof. He responded immediately, arriving within 15 minutes, and completed the repair very quickly.

This was for a rental house that was getting a new roof and the workers accidentally put a nail through a copper pipe that had been installed 40 years previously. Mitchell replaced the damaged section of copper water-line and positioned it so that it now aligns with current code.

This is by far the best plumbing service I’ve EVER gotten. He does jetting service, sprinklers installments, my water heater stop working and he made sure by noon I’d had water and sure enough I had it. What a great guy and company!

Excellent experience. Blaine from The Pink Plumber was professional and explained the repairs and the costs involved. He fixed the problem causing the water pipes to bang. Turned out he determined it was a bathroom shower fixture that was the cause. He reset the fixture. No more banging water pipes. Great.
