Friendly, knowledgeable and professional in every respect. When I couldn’t find any other plumbers willing to come out on a Saturday, these guys came through. Nick, the technician that came out, did an outstanding job and got it done quickly. I couldn't be happier. EverydayPlumber will be my go to plumber from now on, for all of my properties.

Gene came out and did an excellent job. He was in and out within one hour and my drains were running better than they have in ages. Pricing was much better than I expected. If I ever need help with plumbing issues again, I'll definitely call Red Cap. Thanks Gene. Go Bucks!

Im giving one star because after pure Hell,they finally sent someone who knew just a little and tje problem was fixed.one thing for sure i will never use this pore excuse of a company..ohand good luck talking to the owner ,,i have never been desrespected in such a crude nasty way..DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Jimmy and Dakota were extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly and efficient. We had an emergency pipe issue and they came out, diagnosed and repaired our pipes. Dale came out the following day and I was equally impressed. Dale explained what needed to be done, explained in detail and fixed the issue. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again.

Our technician was Jeff/ #44. Jeff was on time, diagnosed the problem immediately and had it fixed within 30 minutes-amazing! We had problems with banging pipes for two weeks and were losing our minds and then Jeff with Modern Plumbing showed up. Jeff is very knowledgeable, professional and has a very pleasant disposition. Fantastic!!! If you are looking for someone who is professional, precise, and down to earth, look no further. I contacted him to install a new outdoor faucet. I explained in detail the dilemma and showed him the equiptment over the phone. He then told me straight to the point what it would cost for the service. I was so impressed with him and annoyed with the fact that I did not get the same response with another plumber as they wanted to upcharge just for a call. He his now on my speed dial. I highly recommend his services.

Finished renovating my home in July 2022 and put it up for sale. House was vacant. In October I receive a water bill of $1600. Water company insisted I had a leak.

I contacted Tal Lancry from Sparkle plumbing (on invoice he sent me). Also connected to Amazing Plumbing (where internet shows he is connected to). Tal charged $850 for a leak detection. He did basic things like check showers, toilets, faucets and said no leak. He even tried insisting water company read the meter wrong because it did not indicate a leak. I later had them come back out to read again after Tal left and they again confirmed I had a leak.

He then suggested a smoke test (he now says that wasn’t for leak detection) but from what I understood it was to find leaks in pipes not visible. Desperate for answers I paid the $1200 he charged for that test as the water company told me my bill was trending even higher for next cycle I agreed. Tal Lancry completed smoke test and indicated no leak.

He left my home with $2,050 and solved no issue. Insisted no issue existed.

The next day my landscaper sent me a picture of a sprinkler purging water. He fixed it for $40.

We assumed that must have been the issue since Tal Lancry insisted no leak existed at my home.

Fast forward to January 2023 or 2.5 months after Tal inspected my home for no leaks. Water damage presented itself downstairs ceiling. I called a different plumber and they tracked the leak to the upstairs bathroom. When the trim had been installed a small nail punctured the pipe. A small leak had existed since the renovation of that bathroom (no one lived in house or used that bathroom since renovation) which means the hole existed when Tal Lancry inspected my home and charged me a total of $2,050 and insisted no leak. I have pictures, video and affirmation from plumber that found the leak and diagnosed the problem. I paid a total of $2,000 for the new plumber to find and repair leak and also have the bathroom put back together and the downstairs ceiling repaired (sheet rock, compound and painting). Less that what I paid Tal Lancry to find a leak that he insisted didn’t exist.

I contacted Tal and presented him my proof. He insisted the leak must have started AFTER he was at my house. Despite the water company insisting I had a leak back in October, despite my meter running high (as confirmed and reconfirmed by water company) before and after Tal Lancry found no leak.

Tal just shouted over me on the phone blatantly ignoring all the tangible proof I have with none of his own. He couldn’t just own up to the fact he failed at the job he was paid to do. And instead of doing that, instead of making it right he just ignored me after that.

According to Tal, if you have a leak and he does a leak inspection and finds no leak - even if the next plumber does find and confirm a leak - he owes you nothing. You basically have to eat the fact that you pay him to not solve any issues.

Terrible experience. Would never hire this guy or any company he is affiliated with again.

Also - I see that Tal L left a 5 star review for his own company sparkle plumbing so I would question any other positive review. Who does that?!

Very friendly and professional staff. Chris did a great job fixing the shower faucet and the leak under the kitchen sink he even took the time to look at why the one side of the sink does not drain fast. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards as well. Like how the company sends you a email with a picture of the tech that is coming out to do the job plus the office calls before hand to also let you know that the plummer is on there way to the house. I would defiantly recommend Chucks plumbing to family and friends.

Frank is an efficient and informed plumber. He quickly ascertained the issue and cleared the laundry room drain issue.
I am very happy with the service and their prices; we will hire Ken’s Plumbing again.
My home warranty plumber (different company) was a disappointment, they charged me for a service call and an inexperienced plumber showed up and could not snake a simple drain. In desperation I phoned Ken’s plumbing and
thanks to Frank our new plumber we can do laundry again!

Great service professional work

Matt, Stephanie, and their team at Bigos Plumbing were great! We had an emergency plumbing issue and they were able to work their schedule around to fit us in the same day and fix the problem within a couple of days. They not only fixed the problem for the unit that called but they fixed the plumbing for the entire complex. We are so appreciative of the work they did and will definitely call them again for any future jobs. Would definitely recommend them. Stephanie was a delight to speak to over the phone. Even though this was an emergency plumbing issue her voice was very calming and just makes you smile. Thanks guys!!

Disappointed with choosing small business/Mom and Pop shop. Should have gone with the more expensive plumber. Replaced a sink basket under kitchen sink - didn't ask about color so now I have two sink drains that don't match. Left putty all around drain - will hopefully rinse away eventually. Then asked to replace shower arm - should have left well enough alone. Old shower arm broke off so we had to scramble to decide what we were going to do (didn't want to rip out all plaster/tile, etc.). Our painter who was there actually jumped in and helped. Plumber did not test to make sure new shower arm would properly attach. Didn't discover this until the next day so called him back out and was charged for service call again. I spent $300 for something that should have really been about $150 max. The extra $95 service call fee is what capped it all off for me. I feel like I got completely ripped off. The plumber just acted like he wanted to hurry up and be done. From now on, I'm calling Mullin or RotoRooter.

Be careful with this guy he is a crook his name is Tony Castro dark skin Spanish and English this guy does a lot of cocaine and has a gun in the under his seat of the truck of the van report this been very violent
