Just called on yesterday and was given a window betweee 3:30-8pm following day. Mr Tony arrived @ 2:30. He was nice and professional and resolved my garbage disposal issue in a matter of minutes. Thank you!

We have used Larson plumbing twice in 6 weekends for two different issues. Both times they were prompt, responsive and did excellent work. I was surprised by how quickly they arrived at my house it was actually earlier than the time i was told which was nice.Not only was i satisfied with the work that was completed but the cost to complete the job was very reasonable and I will refer to all my family and friends.

Had the greatest experience with Mike and Cole. I can’t say enough nice things about Cole, nicest most down to earth guy. Very knowledge and quality of workmanship was excellent. Mike was able to send Cole out within the hour and the job was done just as fast. If you need some help give Mike a call you won’t be disappointed.

Set an appointment for them to come out and give an estimate for some plumbing repairs on a house in Tampa, was told a plumber would be there some time between 10 and 12. Around 10:30, I got a text saying the plumber assigned to my job had taken another job in Dade City that morning and would likely be late getting to my house (great planning!), but definitely no later than 12:30. I explained I was on a tight schedule and needed to keep the time agreed to, but I'd wait until 12:30.
Sure enough, 12:30 rolls around with no plumber. I texted my contact and told them I was done waiting and would find another plumber. The reply I got was No problem, thanks for the opportunity. Not that an apology would have made a big difference at that point, but it seemed pretty childish to not take ownership of their scheduling issues.
