He was always very responsive and able to make it work. Tonight he came out to fix an outside water spigot that had burst. We had to turn off the water main and so he wanted to come out to fix it as soon as possible so that we would have our water back on. He was able to work quickly and come up with a very good solution to make it work and get our water back on. It was very affordable! Especially after having to use Beacon Plumbing a few years ago for a similar service and getting charged over five times as much as what they quoted us over the phone. After 9 years in San Francisco we moved back to our Fremont Seattle house and discovered the tenants did not really understand what a sump pump was and had unplugged it!!! I found Evan Conklin Plumbing on the web and Norm came out the same day. He replaced the pump, the clogged valve, the blocked sewage line and it was fixed in a few hours! After dealing with painters and flooring refinishers and movers I expected the worst but got the best when Norm showed up. Sharif and Watertite Plumber are outstanding. Responsive, professional, and thorough in addressing the various projects we are interested in scoping. In addition to answering all of our questions on project needs, he suggested multiple ways (including more cost efficient options) to achieve our goals. While onsite, Sharif also assisted with a drain clearing that was desperately needed. I'd definitely recommend working with them.

Please use Green Planet for any plumbing issues! I had a horrible experience with Beacon Plumbing last week. Marcus & Justin with Green Planet came out and did what needed to be done and explained everything to me. I don't have enough money to pay for the permanent fix right now, so they went the extra step to get my line as clean as possible to buy me a bit more time. Great service, good prices, and they're honest. I highly, highly recommend these guys!

High quality work! I’ve hired Evan in the past (water heater replacement, water supply line leak, a pin nail through a cold water line, and replacing old shutoff valves throughout the house) and always gotten high quality work and advice. Basically ask for his opinion and he will give you the reliable solution he would use in his own home rather than the most profitable solution.

They told us they will replace a part in our water heater, instead they replaced the whole unit with one in their own inventory charging us for double the price for the same unit in the market. They took our original unit with themselves and after we asked them to return it the day after, they said they have tossed it out! We emailed them and asked questions about the unit replacement without our consent, and they called my husband and threatened him of consequences! So in short, we got a fast service, but we paid double price, we lost our own unit (which only needed a part to come back to life), and we were threatened the same day for asking questions about their decision.

Tough problem - A significant leak with no visible surface moisture and over 250 feet of potential sources. Kevin was able to find it quickly, and then verify using other methods it before we committed to taking up a bit of asphalt. His 'X marks the probable spot' missed by maybe 4 inches. My wife and I fixed our 1000 gallon/day leak ourselves before dinner. Kevin's bill was higher than I'd have liked, due to the complex nature of the problem and the need to use helium to confirm the probable location of the leak, but the fix cost us a $20 trip to Lowes, some beer and take out food! Kevin was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We were happy to pay for the right tools in the hand of a seasoned pro. Highly recommend.

Steve installed a tankless (on demand) gas water heater for us, relocated the gas piping, and installed new venting and a recirculating pump. Service was excellent, timely, and very professional at a very fair price. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Had a great experience with 2 Sons Plumbing when they were sent by our warranty company to repair a mystery leak. Brandon diagnosed and repaired the leak and pointed out a couple of maintenance things we didn't know about that we could handle ourselves to prevent future problems. He was friendly and considerate, and cleaned up carefully after the work was complete. He clearly explained fees and what would be covered by warranty and what would not.

Called this company to get a quote for a tankless installation. Then it got odd. $99 service fee if I don't do the work? I had to ask again as I was thrown back on that one. The rep said that was correct, if I don't do the work his tech's need to get paid for the time. Then he says all of the company's charge a fee to do a quote. I have a quote from other reputable company and no service charge for doing it. Don't waist your time on them.
