We had a storm drain that was clogged and backed up, called Beacon Plumbing this morning that sent a plumber right in the same morning. The first guy didn’t have a camera so another one, Kyle, was sent less than an hour later.I also decided to have him run the camera through all other storm drain lines around the house, just as a checkup before the winter.Kyle (who was accompanied by a driver, Rick) was professionally very good and efficient. He and Rick were also very polite and patient with my multiple questions.I was very pleased with their work and will certainly call the company again.I have to mention that I didn’t shop for the cheapest estimate so can’t say much about their rates.

I've been using Jim Dandy for about 14 years and have been satisfied with there service to clean out roots from an old sewer line in Bellevue WA. Typically, they would come out every 2-3 year cycle to clean out the roots. We recently had them come out to clean the roots out again however two days later sewer started to drain slowly. I texted Jim Dandy on this problem and they sent out Danny (nice guy) and he came out and have removed the roots and now our sewer drains properly. Thanks Jim Dandy for standing behind your work -:)

Ryan and Ricky did everything possible to accommodate an urgent need to solve a problem before the pending delivery of a new appliance. I really appreciated that. I also showed them other plumbing needs I had , and was impressed by their ability to explain to me what the problem likely was and how they would solve it. I have confidence in them and their abilities and have scheduled another call for tomorrow to complete this work. Ryan said that the $65 fallout charge would cover the next call, so I did not have to pay that again. I recommend them without reservation.

I've had positive experiences with The Plumbing Joint. Recently, I needed TPJ to fix an issue with my tub water supply pipe. Tyler showed up on time, got right to work, and finished in 15 minutes! When I asked Tyler to check another issue, he gladly did so. In total, he took care of two issues within 30 minutes! Thank you TPJ!

Steve replaced an old water heater for me, it was very easy and fast to discuss the project, find the right solution, get a quote and get the job scheduled. He was very responsive and clear.

On the day he showed up right on time, and was done fairly quickly, taking the time to answer all of my questions about the new tank and how it operates. And making sure all the old parts (the vent and the wall mounts) are in good shape.

He is definitely at the top of my list for my next plumbing project.

This company was amazing! My water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. They didn't have any immediate availability but they moved things around and were able to come out despite being full. The water heater was installed without issue, and Elliot was friendly and super knowledgeable. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was kind and helpful. I so appreciated everything! Would definitely recommend them and am thankful for their kindness and hard work.

The other day, I required a plumber, and this guy appeared out of nowhere and fixed my sewage problem in an instant.

The drain in my bathroom was clogged, so I phoned an emergency plumber. They came quickly when I called, and the cost to fix my sink was fair. To have been able to fix my sink without having to wait hours for a repairman was a huge relief.

Chad came out to perform annual maintenance on my water heater. Very professional and willing to teach. Diagnosed and presented several options on keeping my system and radiant heating operating at peak performance.

Josh replaced my sink faucet which was dripping for months. He was respectful and helpful in every way. It was extremely refreshing to deal with a plumber who has manners, good communication skills, as well as proficiency. I can’t say enough how grateful I am that we found him.

I had a very unpleasant experience using Beacon Plumbing. First my hydronic heating system failed one night, and I troubleshoot the system to the best of my abilities. I reasoned that the circulator pump had failed. Not knowing the system well, I opted to call a plumber just to confirm my suspicions, or tell me what was really wrong with my heat. I called Beacon since they were a 24 hour service call, and I had no other experience. I WISHED I READ THE OTHER REVIEWS ON YELP BEFORE I CALLED! While on the phone I asked if they were familiar with hydronic heating and they were very quick to tell me yes, they were. When the service tech got there and I showed him the system, he was very lost. After a while he troubleshot the system and told me the exact thing I told him what I thought was wrong. He then proceed to tell me that I needed a $962 replacement pump, I bite my lip and said yes, because I did not want my kids to be without heat during the night. He then went through his truck and said he didn't have one and couldn't get one till tomorrow. I should have said don't worry about it and I would get one, but I didn't for some reason.
The next day he showed up and hour and a half later than when he said he would be there or call to update me. They installed the pump within 30 min and got the heat running. Later I looked up the pump that they installed and found out it retails for only $250!
I PAID $962!
I called Beacon and asked why a pump that retails for only $250 was $962 and they could only tell me that they include labor in the cost of the part. I asked why they could not tell me what the part actually cost and how much labor was and they refused. I was immediately transfered to someone else that would say the same thing and only would audit my case to make sure I was charged correctly. I do not understand why they couldn't tell me how much they charged for labor or the cost of the part.
These people are unethical, and do NOT deserve your business, time, or money.

Beau and Daniel were polite and professional. There was very clear communication from the company about their arrival.We discussed options and prices and decided on replacing an old leaking toilet. This was not the only option given, but I opted for the more expensive replacement as this toilet had a few other issues. They had the replacement toilet in their truck! They were very efficient and left the whole area cleaner than they had arrived.After i inspected the work, they asked if they could help with anything else, and were on their way.Definitely will use these guys again 😊
