Best Water Filtration System in Seattle WA

I bought new brewing equipment that was not compatible with our faucet. Gene Johnson came out to give me a quote on what it would take to hook up the brewing equipment to a cold water source. They were very responsive and nice which I appreciated. They quoted us anywhere from $950 if we supplied a new faucet for them to install, and up to $2.8K for them to install a new cold water line under the sink. That seemed very expensive. It turned out, for a few more hours of searching and $20 of supplies from Lowes I could connect my brewing equipment with no issue. Given the price, I decided not to use them and can't recommend them.

Tony and Victor were fantastic. They did the best job money can buy. I will only use Beacon plumbing from now on. This money I spent was well worth it. I have heat now and can’t wait to be warm. My visit today with Jim Dandy Plumbing was to get an estimate only for installing a utility sink and faucet in my laundry room. The estimate was free, no charge to come to my home ... no 99.00 fee to roll over into the work order if I proceeded with them. Their technician was on time and very nice, answered all of my questions.

I will probably be going with them for this project.

I contacted Anthony's Plumbing regarding some issues we were having with our garbage disposal, and Jacob responded within the hour. He sent out CJ the same afternoon, and it was determined we needed a new disposal so we were scheduled the very next morning for the install. While CJ was onsite, I thought of another issue we were having with running out of hot water despite having a large capacity hot water tank. So the next morning, CJ replaced our disposal while Jacob diagnosed the problem with the water tank. He repaired the thermostat, and in less than 24 hours from when I first contacted Anthony's Plumbing, we had a new garbage disposal and double the amount of hot water! With a toddler who's constantly playing on the floor, I appreciated that CJ took off his shoes at the door without being asked. He was also very tolerant when said toddler was screaming his head off and when my fur-babies gave him a bit too much attention. Anthony's Plumbing was prompt and professional, and we'd not hesitate to use them again.

Steve replaced an old water heater for me, it was very easy and fast to discuss the project, find the right solution, get a quote and get the job scheduled. He was very responsive and clear.

On the day he showed up right on time, and was done fairly quickly, taking the time to answer all of my questions about the new tank and how it operates. And making sure all the old parts (the vent and the wall mounts) are in good shape.

He is definitely at the top of my list for my next plumbing project.

The other day, I required a plumber, and this guy appeared out of nowhere and fixed my sewage problem in an instant.

Not only did they get there on time, but their knowledge and skill were clear the whole time. They used top-of-the-line tools to clear the blockage quickly and get my drains back to working well.

I called on Monday and was able to get an appointment for Wednesday. The plumber showed up on time and gave me an estimate. He fixed a couple of other minor problems without charge. The new faucet was installed and works properly. The plumber was polite, wore a mask, and didn't mind my barking dog. I would use this company again.

These guys are great! They are super communicative so you know where they are and when they will be there so you aren't sitting around waiting. The work they do is top notch. Definitely aren't there to get as much money out of you as possible...they want to do good work. I also love how good they are about cleaning up and being respectful of the house. I can't say enough good things! The only plumbers we will use.

Wow, Terrible Customer Service, Terrible Work.

Started the $20,000 project of connecting us to City after our Septic tank went.

Day 2, Broke our water line (after spending a whole day marking where it was) - 3 days without water. -- don't they do this everyday?

Told us there would repave the concrete they tore up -- Concrete driveway is left a disaster.
Told us they would lay dirt and grass seed -- All rocks : This will be fun to mow grass growing in rocks.

Changed agreement about the last part of the job that we paid for separately and refuses to refund $5,000. Now 3 months of fighting with them it is obvious the workers are lying about the work that was done. We cancelled 3 times, by phone and email. They didn't show for the scheduled appt. so we figured it was clear. Then 3 weeks later show up randomly saying they want to complete job. Talked to 3 different managers now and they keep giving the same run around
