Could not have been happier with my experience (even if under unwanted circumstances)

Had a leak under my kitchen sink. Called that evening and they were able to schedule a free-of-charge site visit to give a quote. Turned out to be my garbage disposal. They were able to give me a quote for a new one, including labor and even had the part in their truck. Less than an hour later I had a new disposal and no more leak. Price was exactly as quoted. Both gentlemen were friendly and easy to work with.

When you're living 2600 miles away from the Seattle home you're using for your AirBnB business, the last thing you want to hear is: You have a leak. Turns out, we didn't have just one, but three leaks, between the main floor and the basement. On September 29, 2022, I was notified of the leak and frantically searched for a plumber. For some reason their motto, Stop Freakin', call Beacon! popped into my head right away. God knows I'd seen the commercials enough, LOL! I called and explained our situation, which initially didn't seem that bad, but with guests due to check into our property that day, I needed certainty, not conjecture.The gentleman I spoke with, took down my information and assured me that a Technician would be reaching out to me. 20 minutes later, Eric called me back and asked for some additional information, and provided his ETA. Like clockwork, he and his assistant arrived at the home and went to work investigating the issue. This is when we learned that we had two leaks in the bathroom on the main floor, and a cracked drain pipe. While, he didn't have to, Eric expressed his regret over the news he was sharing, and what it would take to repair it. He FaceTime'd me to show me exactly what he was seeing, and what needed to be repaired. Not once did I feel like I was being mislead or hustled.He broke out what I call: The Book of Pricing and showed me what the standard charges were for the types of repairs we needed. They had to tear through the drywall in the ceiling to get to the pipes, but hauled it all away...which was such a relief. The last thing we needed was a bunch of wet drywall hanging around the house awaiting disposal. Eric stayed in constant contact with me while they completed the repairs. When they finished, he FaceTime'd me once again to show me the completed work. It was amazing, and they were finished well ahead our guest's scheduled check-in later that evening. It was a miracle that we were able to find someone on such short notice.While the repairs cost a pretty penny, they were done well, they were done quickly, and the charges were quite reasonable. Even our insurance companied attested this! Suffice it to say, I would recommend Beacon Plumbing to anyone reading this! If you happen to get Eric as your Technician, even better! At a time when many businesses are out to get what they can get, recouping losses incurred during the pandemic, it's so nice to do business with a company that still prides itself on professionalism, service and integrity. Repipe Masters are the only place I would recommend for a repipe job. Very professional and really fast. Finished the job in less than a day and for a very competitive price.

We had a bit of a plumbing emergency this past weekend when we split a pipe messing with our outdoor spigot. Mike from O'Neill was able to come out and get everything fixed up within a couple hours. It was a beautiful Saturday and considering we're in the middle of a pandemic, we definitely needed our water running so we could keep up with our hand washing. Mike was also able to take a look at our other outdoor spigot and find a quick fix for that too. We now have running water and TWO working spigots. The cost was reasonable and Mike was friendly, professional and did great work. Highly recommend.

Jaime reviewed the sewer video I emailed and agreed to do the job. Jason and Greg showed up on time. They were very polite. They did an excellent job hydrojetting out the roots, taking care not to hurt the pipes. Tyler also introduced himself as the new scheduler. Jeremy from Premier plumbing did an amazing job fixing the corroded copper drainage pipe in the crawlspace. Punctual and honest. I had 6+ other estimates and he’s was by far the cheapest and smallest fix. No scare tactic and always punctual. This saves me thousands and also from taking time off work. He just addressed the problem and how to fix it and no exaggeration or trying to make it a bigger job then needed.

I am truly grateful and will recommend him to everyone I know.

Also he even called after the work as done to explain what was done and that because he made some minor changes due to problems that came up he got the work done but in the different way do so it ended up saving me another $100+ at the end. I really do appreciate that type of honesty!

I've had positive experiences with The Plumbing Joint. Recently, I needed TPJ to fix an issue with my tub water supply pipe. Tyler showed up on time, got right to work, and finished in 15 minutes! Called them bc of a clogged bathroom sink and got the service within an hour. Amazing service, Kevin was amazing and was knowledgeable on the issue. Cleaned the pipe, and tested everything. Finished under 2 hours. Would highly recommend them for any future services!

Over the past 18 months I have used Raymark four times---twice for emergencies, and twice for general plumbing issues. They have always been very efficient, competent and reasonable. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future, or to recommend them to friends/family.
