Local company with honest advice.

Please do not go with them. They came home for the initial diagnosis of a faulty socket and was told it would be $75 charges. They charged an additional $430 FOR NO WORK! Big-time fraudulent company and misleading. No one told us any charges before they came or even after they came. Please dO NOT GO WITH THEM.

These guys were fantastic! Baba and his team took care of a water pressure problem we had been struggling with for years. THANK YOU! They were professional, cleaned up after their job was completed, worked until they got the job done, even addressed some additional plumbing concerns we had the day of their originally scheduled job. Will absolutely use these guys again and recommend them without reservation! Thank you again.

Evan installed a new water heater and bathroom plumbing in my house. He took the time to explain how to do the maintenance on the water heater. Very friendly and quality work. I recommend ProMax to anyone needing to get a plumbing project done!

The guys did a great job on the requested work. One star removed for leaving a mess and not putting our gutter pipe back in place.

I've called Mike's twice for service, replacing stops that have gone bad. Always quick to provide service, friendly, very fair in price. On my most recent call for repairs the tech had some extra time on the one hour minimum service call fee after replacing 2 stops so he installed a faucet with the balance of the time. I won't call any other plumber for my plumbing repairs.

The workman was competent and fixed the leaky shower control I about ½ hour. The part was less than $50 and the final bill was over $350.
Obvious price gouging for a service call.
The Timeless Plumbing Office Manager was unable to any details about the billing.
At this time, the owner of the company is to call me.
We'll see.

I am very happy to have found Queen Plumbing, they'll be my go-to source for all of our plumbing needs going forward. We had a fairly urgent need late on a Friday afternoon, and they were able to come out to diagnose and fix the issue. Super friendly, professional, responsive, and flexible. Not only did Steve fix our issue, but he followed up to make sure everything was still functioning properly. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend them. They came in and replaced a toilet within 1 hour and communicated each way. simply and easy.

I am not a customer of Seatown, but will be in the future should the need arise. Called up to ask for a quote on unblocking a clogged dishwasher pipe, customer service was extremely rude and helpfully offered a quote of between $1 and $10,000.

It's not unreasonable to want a ballpark estimate on a common job like unblocking a clogged line before committing to paying $75 to book a visit. Cannot recommend these guys until they have more pricing transparency and better training for customer service.
