I called them to check my furnace. The $99 ($108 after tax) flat fee is misleading and confuse. Technically, you get nothing for $99.

The technician will not do anything even basic diagnose(I paid $99 for driving to my home). I have to pay $289 to have him perform diagnose my furnace. So just to know the problem, I have to pay $289.

***NOTE: $289 plus tax is the minimum actual amount you would pay to have technician drive to your home and tell you the problem, not $99.

I have to pay more to get the it fix. The quot is far expensive than other company for the same service. I end up hire other company to fix my furnace with a lot cheaper.

Outstanding service!! Managed to get out the same day as I called and arrived exactly as scheduled. Very proficient!, localized and verified the problem very quickly, plot was accurate to within a foot, even thought my line was over three feet deep. Reasonable pricing for the level of expertise they brought to the job site. Very happy with the service!

They repaired my sewer line without tearing up my yard using their trenchless method. I highly recommend them. Loved the guys on the crew. Communicated very well.

Sharif came the next morning after we called him and installed the water line for our fridge. He worked very quickly and cleaned up after himself. Happy to report my fridge makes ice again! We had a sewer line backed up and it was broken in places. Budget repaired the breaks and re-lined our pipes all the way down to the main line. Their verbal bid came in a bit below the other two bids, and after speaking with my wife and neighbor we went with Budget on basically a handshake. The work and service and clean up were top dollar. Very refreshing to do business with a family business that's all business and completely reliable. I'm very pleased and when my next plumbing project comes up, I know I'll be back. They patched my cement perfectly and filled the 2 holes in the yard and replaced the sod perfectly. My driveway is cleaner than before, or we'd not even know they had been there! We had a sewer line issue while I was at work, sewage backed up in our basement bathtub, and my wife called Roto Rooter. We had Roto Rooter come out to clear the clog. after the clog was ceared Roto Rooter sent a second franchise owner to scope our sewer line for $500. After scoping our line we were given a hard sell emergency $18,000 quote for a sewer line spot fix. later the same evening we discussed how to proceed and chose to do due diligence and get a second opinion/quote. Jafco came out the same evening to rescope our line and found no issues, our sewer line is in excellent shape. I appreciate honest people Jafco is just that in my opinion HONEST!

This guys are very unprofessional and set up appointments with me twice and both times never show up and no explanation and no response. Acts like someone that dishonest type of ppl that there to take money and take off and would respond. Waist of time.
