Very poor service. They gave us an estimate for a water heater that did not have any information about which water heater they would use. When we asked for this basic information they treated us like it was silly that we wanted to know. Weeks later, after multiple email and voice mail requests, they finally got us the information. We had to use a different company that is more transparent about what products they use and responds to simple questions in a timely manner. Steer clear of this company.

I was very disappointed with this service but what was even more disappointing was that when I reached out to the business to try to rectify the situation, they never responded. They quoted me quadruple the price that another company quoted so I did not have them do the repairs and they also broke my shower head during the consultation.
I made an appointment with Puget Sound Plumbing for an estimate. Scheduling was prompt and while the dispatcher was nice and communicative, they rescheduled with me three different times. I was not given advance notice and each time I was called that other more important plumbing emergencies had come up and that they would not make it that day unless I could wait another ~5 hours. These calls came towards the end of the service window I had scheduled which means I wasted several hours of my time waiting around my house for the plumber to come.
When the plumber finally did make it out he was nice but quoted me $1200 to fix my leaking bathtub faucet and said he would need to go through the drywall. He also said that this price would not include repatching the drywall after the plumbing work was done. He mentioned that he may be able to do it for $600 by replacing a part, but that he would need to order the part and could not guarantee this would fix the issue. He told me that even if it did not fix the issue, I would have to pay the $600 and then do the other technique which would cost an additional $1200. I also asked him to take a look at my dual shower head while he was here which was dispensing water from both shower heads at once. He told me I would need to replace a part and that it was an easy fix but after he left I began to notice that every time I took a shower the shower head would spray from the pipe onto the ceiling and several other directions. This is really what I called about afterwards as something the plumber did broke my existing shower and I requested a refund of the cost for the trip out. They charge $109 for an estimate and put it towards the service if they end up servicing in the same trip. Their quotes for service were so high that it seems like a scam and my feeling was that they were either going to charge an arm and a leg for the service, or come out for 15 minutes and simply gather their $109 and be on their way. I was able to have my bathtub fixed by another plumbing company in 30 minutes for $300 without going through any of my walls.

A company is mostly based off of the personnel customers are in contact with, i.e. customer service. Maybe this is a good company but I wouldn't give them my business based on the horrible customer service I was given via telephone when calling about some inquiries. The gal nearly hung up on me. Very unprofessional.

I was charged $1,000 for 4 hours of work, which is outrageous! The plumber complained the whole time and kept sounding the alarm when he thought he found a problem. We finally asked him to leave. I will never again call this plumber.

Sherif installed a new water heater and recirculation pump for my home in North Capitol Hill. My home is fairly old and my water heater was over twenty years old. It was my first time replacing a water heater and when I gave Sherif a call he patiently walked me through the possible outcomes and pricing for each option. Sherif gave me all the information without me committing to any kind of service. Also, Sherif had me send photos of my water heater to him so that he could assess the situation. I found this much more effective than many of the other plumbing companies that insist on a visit and $100+ charge before providing a quote. Sherif was very communicative on the day of my service. One of his earlier jobs had run longer but he kept me in the loop the entire time, letting me know when his ETA was going to be. When Sherif and his partner arrived they did the job with great care, making sure not to scuff up any part of the house while removing and installing the old and new water heaters. Overall it was a great experience. I highly recommend Watertite Plumbing.

I just want to thank Mike and his team for coming and saving my kitchen. Kitchen sinks were back up and running the camera and doing a full flush saved my marriage. Thanks again.

Everyone was professional and respectful. From Jamie in the office, Tyler who came out for my assessment & estimate, and the wonderful team of Gary, Adam, Jake (and I am sorry, I forgot the names of the other 3 guys) who did the job in a timely and very non-messy way!

I am a home owner and a landlord, so I have had experience with plumbers and dealing with sewers. Wasn't quiet sure at first about the man of few words. Then he quoted my job, made a couple of jokes and did the best most efficient job ever! He was timely, had hard workers and was the best price outta my 3 bids. Super pleased. I highly recommend Paul and his crew.

Wow, I don't even know where to begin... Cesar is responsive, available, reasonable, professional, trust worthy, etc... I could go on an on, but instead will try and remain factual. I have two issues (1) I share a main in Greenwood (peat settlement or bog) - the PVC gives into a cement/iron section from the street before it connect into the city main and (2) because of the peat settlement the area doesn't absorb water so after heavy rainfall water pools in our backyard... I tried calling numerous plumbers and other trenchless companies... they were unreliable, didn't show up, quoted me unreasonable amounts incl. traffic plans/city permits w/o really doing the investigative work... in short never ending excuses to justify their absurd prices... I luckily found Cesar - he came out multiple times, I was always able to get a hold of him, he amended the contract to capture our agreement and agreed to do the work at reasonable price... so much so that I was skeptical! Don't be - these guys are the real deal! They are super reliable and professional and incredibly hard working! Within a week of signing the contract, Cesar had the city permit, his crew showed up and worked relentlessly to solve both my problems... dug out w/o needing to reroute traffic and injected a liner & installed a french drain, and restored everything - you could barely tell they were even here! And this was serious work that no one else would take on! Cesar and Complete Trenchless THANK YOU!! You are simply the best and I would recommend you any time!

Calling a plumber is a tough thing to do, first thought how much cost. I call 2 Sons for the first time and happy I did. They return contact right away and had appointment the next day. Today my leak was fixed and I am a happy person. Alex was great, friendly, he explained everything to us. 2 Sons has financial service with them, got approved right away. The appraisal and repair done on the same day. Alex should have five stars of his own, he did a great job. Thank you Alex and 2 Sons plumbing making our day.

I was getting ready for work on a Wednesday morning when I heard a weird gurgling in the sink. After a moment it stopped, but shortly afterwards what appeared to be sewage started backing up into the shower. I immediately started searching for a plumber. Aaron from Jafco responded to my inquiries almost immediately and gave us a reasonable quote. He was able to come that day and run a scope down out main line and clear the blockage. He also explained what was causing the issue and gave us a quote on that repair. He was very professional and there was no hard sell. When we are ready for our next repair, we look forward to working with Aaron at Jafco again.
