Yesterday the guy was a good communicator. He fixed it on what I asked for.

Both toilets in the house were backed up and overflowing, the response by Puget Sound Plumbing was prompt and professional. Joshua C. and his partner knew exactly what to do and cleaned the main drain solving the problem. Will recommend Puget Sound Plumbing to friends and family.

Came home to a busted water heater. I couldn't even locate the source of the leak because there was a torrential downpour in my garage. In a panic I called O'neill plumbing and Donna was extremely helpful and calmed me down. I sent her pictures and she was hopeful that the water heater didn't need to be replaced. She was able to confirm that they could send a plumber that night. James and Kyle arrived 3 hrs later and wore masks and shoe coverings. They quickly assessed the problem - my expansion tank failed. They were both nice and courteous while they were in my home and replaced the tank within 30 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost - less than $400. Such a good experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this company.

I used a fixer for an electrical problem from a circuit breaker. They try hard every minute to figure out the problem and explain the details kindly. The price was reasonable.

I had used Joe years ago and needed his services for another job. I had an exterior faucet that was intermittently working and he was able to come out a day after I e-mailed him. Not only did he fix it pretty quickly (~30 mins) it was a very fair price. Very pleased with Joe!

I contacted Simple Plumber to replace some leaky valves underneath my 20-year old sinks. They gave me advice on how to fix the issue myself and saved me a lot of trouble. Thanks!

We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!

I pick-up Prima Plumbing's scrap metal. I have always been treated fairly with respect and dignity. The staff at Prima are always helpful , knowledgable, insightful, and easy to be around. Greta runs a tight ship there with Alexander as a back-up. I am sure they'll be able to take care of all your plumbing needs.

DO NOT use this company. They installed a brand new Consumer Reports top rated toilet. Three days later we reported a plug in the toilet. They came back out for $275 and said the toilet was fixed. BUT it back up immediately.

Bee’s Plumbing and Heating is the place to call if you have any problems regarding plumbing. If I could I would give them more than 5 stars. They are very professional and attentive starting with the first call until they are coming to your house and service. The initial call was great, the staff was very helpful, understanding and tried to find the earliest time they could come. I got email confirmation from them, SMS updates, letting me know which technician will come and when. They even called to ask me if it is okay if they can come earlier, I was surprised. I never had this experience before. They came and looked into my issue, spend a lot of time here and concluded that the previous plumber who was here sent by the builder fixed the issue without letting me know (and of course charged me for the dispatch fee). The previous plumber said there was nothing he can do. I was not able to use my shower for months since we did not know what caused the leaking issue. Bee’s plumbing came, they checked, spent time to find the issue and let us know we were misinformed. They were super friendly, professional, took photos to show me the fixed problem area (even emailed those to me for further reference) and the biggest surprise, they did not charge me the dispatch fee. They told me that they wouldn’t feel good about it since the previous plumber solved the issue without my knowledge and they try to keep or repair the … of all plumbers. Honestly, I was extremely surprised. I know that I am and will be referring them to anyone who is looking for great service and professionalism and of course if I have any issues in the future, they are the only one I will call.
