My furnace completely died. I have a 12 yo lab who is very sick. We were freezing for (3) nights. Promptly he was on the job and he is awesome. Tony Hall is part of our family now. So competent, timely and professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tony and Beacon Plumbing.

I called him for an estimate and I agreed with it. He said he can schedule me in two days. I said great but before he left come back and said he felt bad for me and decided to do the job. It’s kind of late already and still did the job. What a good heart. Thank you Zoltan. God bless.

Bobby T is so great! A couple of years ago I had a toy go down the tub drain, not only did he come the day I called he was friendly, helpful, fixed the problem and was very reasonably priced! Just called him on a Sunday he called me back within a few minutes and was able to help again fix the problem!

I had a pretty serious back up in my bathroom sink. The pipes were clogged and sludge was oozing from the sink and would not drain. Chris from Fischer Plumbing came out within a day of calling for the service and did a fantastic job. After 20 minutes of work the pipes had been cleared out. Water drains as it should and the terrible sludge smell is now gone. Thanks Fischer and thank you Chris for such efficient great work!

The whole experience with Steve and 2 Sons Plumbing was great. I requested a plumber to diagnose and fix a leaky outdoor faucet on Tuesday afternoon via HomeAdvisor/Angie's List. A representative from 2 Sons called me within an hour to set up a next-day appointment. On Wednesday I got a call to let me know that the plumber would arrive early, which worked out great for me.Steve showed up and took time to understand and investigate both of my concerns. He observed that one of the two faucets I thought was leaking was actually working normally, but that the other needed to be repaired. I received a breakdown of the proposed charges before doing any work, and I agreed to the charges. Steve was quick and thorough at fixing the leaky outdoor faucet and then testing his work.I liked that he wanted to repair rather than replace the faucet, and I liked his attention to detail. In all the entire job took less than 40 minutes, and I paid a fair price for someone to drive to my house and spend 40 minutes working here. Thank you!

Please do NOT use Beacon.
I had a very unpleasant experience using Beacon Plumbing. First my hydronic heating system failed one night, and I troubleshoot the system to the best of my abilities. I reasoned that the circulator pump had failed. Not knowing the system well, I opted to call a plumber just to confirm my suspicions, or tell me what was really wrong with my heat. I called Beacon since they were a 24 hour service call, and I had no other experience. I WISHED I READ THE OTHER REVIEWS ON YELP BEFORE I CALLED! While on the phone I asked if they were familiar with hydronic heating and they were very quick to tell me yes, they were. When the service tech got there and I showed him the system, he was very lost. After a while he troubleshot the system and told me the exact thing I told him what I thought was wrong. He then proceed to tell me that I needed a $962 replacement pump, I bite my lip and said yes, because I did not want my kids to be without heat during the night. He then went through his truck and said he didn't have one and couldn't get one till tomorrow. I should have said don't worry about it and I would get one, but I didn't for some reason.
The next day he showed up and hour and a half later than when he said he would be there or call to update me. They installed the pump within 30 min and got the heat running. Later I looked up the pump that they installed and found out it retails for only $250!
I PAID $962!
I called Beacon and asked why a pump that retails for only $250 was $962 and they could only tell me that they include labor in the cost of the part. I asked why they could not tell me what the part actually cost and how much labor was and they refused. I was immediately transfered to someone else that would say the same thing and only would audit my case to make sure I was charged correctly. I do not understand why they couldn't tell me how much they charged for labor or the cost of the part.
These people are unethical, and do NOT deserve your business, time, or money.

The only reason I gave this service 5 stars is because there was no option for 6 stars. Quinn King arrived on time, was friendly and had a positive attitude, was respectful of the house, and diagnosed and fixed all that I asked of him from leaky valves, to wobbly faucets, to broken drains, and he did it rapidly and efficiently. He was truly knowledgeable and a fun guy to be around. I have now used Seatown for multiple electrical and plumbing jobs, and they get my strong recommendation as a company with which to do business.

David is the best! We used Greenhouse last summer for some minor repairs and had such a great experience that we called David again to give us a ball valve last week. Only reason for 4 stars is that we didn’t know the price for the valve was going to be more expensive than quoted last summer because now it was a single job versus getting a discount for multiple jobs at once. The price was doubled but David kindly gave us $100 off.
