We had a great experience with Roto-Rooter. We used them to fix a pretty significant plumbing issue and water damage mitigation. They went out of their way to come out in odd hours to diagnose our issue during a very stressful time for us. It's hard to know who to go with during an issue like this, and in our experience, Roto-Rooter was timely, thorough, and gave us confidence that our issue was resolved.

Scammy. Sales person Made a big deal about my contractors not shoring up a 4+ foot hole and talked up how they would be safer. Then their plumbers didn’t shore up the hole for their work. Then they left a bunch of dirt in the hole that the contractor had previously removed.

My shower had a clog. I was out of town. My wife called me and said she had caledl a plumber. Of course my initial thought was this plumber repiped my whole house and it was going to cost $50k. It turns out Ready Rooter unclogged the drain and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. She told me they were there shortly after she made the appointment and she didn't feel intimidated when they showed up. I will call them in the future and will recommend them to friends.

Rick was prompt and friendly and provided a detailed and honest assessment of the work that would need to be done—he helped me understand what was wrong and what my options were on the spot. I decided to have the line hydro-jetted by Cameron and Greg who provided further information about next steps and soon after I had a competitive estimate. I decided to go with Sewer Friendly based on these positive interactions and very glad I did. The extensive work that then needed to be done was completed by crew manager Robert and the crew of Massa and Triston, and I’m guessing that these guys are the best in the business. It turns out there was severe blockage throughout the line and the work had to be done in tight spaces near a close neighbor and busy city streets, but Robert’s clear and frequent communication at every step of the process reassured me that professionals who had my best interests in mind were on the job. It took a few days and Robert and the crew were friendly and hard-working throughout; plus, the work was actually finished sooner than I thought it would be. These are the folks to call for professionalism, honesty, integrity, and high-quality work. Highly recommended.

I replaced my sewer line, including the connection to the city main about 110' overall. Paul and team used both pipe bursting as well as a liner (to the street). When I compared to other quotes Paul's experienced team completed the work in four days, less than 1/2 the time quoted by others. The team includes employees who have worked for Paul for over 18 years and their experience shows up as being efficient, competent and capable. This is hard work and the team worked hard starting first thing in the morning and not leaving till the completed the expected work and closed up any openings. They insured we weren't without service for more than about 4 hours. I found that their prices were very competitive, and they give a high level of confidence the work will get done right the first time. I recommend that you stay in touch with the team a couple of times a day to find out how progress is going, address any concerns and stay on top of any impacts to your use of the sewer main. Paul is always very quick to respond if now answering his phone anytime you call him. I would highly recommend Paul and his team.

Evan was extremely professional and helpful when I recently had to replace a leaking hot water heater. He provided great information on options, and gave me detailed information ahead of time about costs and the process. When doing the install, he was very through and careful. I contacted Kevin at Leak Masters after weeks of trying to determine why our community water association was experiencing significant water pressure loss. We suspected a large leak was the cause but had not been successful at locating it. After one household lost water I contacted Kevin and he came out on an emergency call. He looked over our well house and utilized a listening device on the pipes around the well house. He walked the water line with us and used his device at every location where we had exposed water lines. He checked the water pressure at every house. He identified one vacant home as a possible cause due to what he heard utilizing his device. He suggested we contact the owner to get into the home to check for leaks. He also pointed out that the drain field for that home was quite green and since the home had been vacant for some time and it had been a dry summer, this seemed unusual. When I finally located the property management company and was able to get into and under the house we found the leak immediately. It was very large and was bubbling like a fountain. Our community association members stepped up and we were able to cut and cap the water line. Once that was done the water pressure returned to normal. I'm thankful that Kevin was able to help us pinpoint the cause of our problems.

Price Busters Plumbing did an excellent job replacing the main water line, adding a water shut-off valve, repiping water in, and repiping the drainage in our 1940s home. They were professional, punctual, and provided high-quality service at a very reasonable price, especially compared to several of the quotes we received from other companies. There was a small scheduling hiccup due to circumstances outside of their control, but Price Busters handled it professionally and had excellent communication. All staff members on site were respectful and courteous over the course of their 3-days with us, and they did their best to ensure our house was in the best condition possible when they left.
