They are very customer oriented, spoke to manager prior to appointment and he was so helpful. Appointment made the next day and day of sent an email saying they were on the way and the name and picture of technician.Service was excellent and professional, informative. I was very impressed and will definitely use them again.

Have had nothing but good experiences with Beacon, the most recent being a tricky leak in an old cast-iron drain line in a very tight area...Marcus M. and Cody H. showed up right on time to assess the problem and provided a fair bid right on the spot, then once we accepted they came back promptly (again as scheduled) the next day and worked all-day to complete the job...unfortunately Marcus got a hunk of cast iron in his eye while grinding (requiring surgery!) but he and Cody came right back the following Monday to water-test the job and all was well! Marcus is a very knowledgeable and experienced journeyman who looks you in the eye, gives you a firm handshake, and gets the job done! Very personable, professional, and fairly priced, I give Beacon/Marcus/Cody my highest recommendation without reservation!

On July 12th, a representative, from the City of Puyallup, paid me a visit, at my home, to inform me, of a water leak, that their Automatic Meter Reader (AMR) system, had detected on June 28th, resulting in there being a 240 gallon per day, water lose, occurring somewhere on my property. I instantly suspected the leak to be within my sprinkler system, versus within my home, because I had just turned my sprinkler system on, on June 27th, and also for the 1st time, since purchasing my home, in October 2015. On July 14th, I had my landscaper, test my sprinkler system, and after doing so, he determined there was indeed a leak, somewhere within my sprinkler system. Unfortunately, he was unable to determine the precise location of the leak, so his recommendation, was to start digging up my new lawn and surrounding landscaping, in order to find the leak. This idea, was not welcoming to me, because I had just completed an extensive & expensive landscaping job, with my landscaper, and I envisioned this digging task, to be even more extensive & expensive. So on July 17th, I reached out to a company, who had been recommended to me, by the City of Puyallup, being Clearwater Leak Detection (CLD) and I received a call back, immediately, that morning, from Simon Calis, of CLD, whereby he informed me, that he'd be available, to conduct a leak detection test, at my home, that same day, and so I set an appointment with him, for that afternoon, to do so. When Simon arrived at my home, he began his leak detection testing, and within about 2 hours, he was able to detect the suspecting leak in my sprinkler system. Simon had a great personality, a good sense of humor, and was very professional, yet very personable, at the same time, and I could tell, that he took great personal pride, in the services, he provided, but more importantly, that he was truly, a genuine and honest person, by nature. I must add, that I was very impressed, with the cleanliness & tidiness of Simon's truck & the variety of sophisticated equipment, he carried on hand with him. My overall, contracting experience with Simon, was above & beyond exceptional, and I must share, that I had no idea, that Simon was the actual company owner, until I went to write him a check, for his services, which was awesome & amazing, from my personal perspective! On July 18th, my landscaper, fixed the broken sprinkler pipe, so between the time line of July 12th - July 18th, I was able to get my water leak detected & fixed, thanks to contracting, with CLD. I'd like to thank Simon, for giving me faith, in knowing that there are indeed good people, companies, and contractors, out there, in our ever so rapid changing & crazy society, and for also providing me, which such exceptional customer service. Needless to say, I would highly recommended Clearwater Leak Detection (CLD) in a ♡ heartbeat ♡

Nic was absolutely fantastic! He actually was the only one who figured out what was causing my $1500 water bill. I had multiple plumbers come out and they couldn’t figure it out but Nic did! It saved me so much time and money. He was upfront that repairing the toilets might not be the most value vs just replacing them. He gave great recommendations for toilets and explained everything so it was easy to understand, since I know nothing about plumbing. He showed up on time and was super courteous the whole time. He also cleaned up everything after which was really nice!

Paul and his associate were amazing; super friendly, prompt, professional & they are budget friendly! I highly recommend Budget Sewer! recently purchased my home. I had paid $275 for a sewer inspection from another company whose report said my sewer was in good condition. Day 5 in my home the sewers backed up into my new bathtub & shower on a Fri. eve. I called my home warranty co. They didn't make it out until Sun. this was their emergency response. They couldn't fix the problem. I was told it would be about $6,000-$9000. I was referred to Paul & contacted him Sunday eve. He was at my house at Mon. at 7am and my sewer was repaired within a couple hours at a 3rd of the cost!! My yard was clean like no hole had been dug up.

I have used Joe for many years to fix one issue after another with the plumbing in this old house. He is prompt, efficient, and personable. He encourages do it yourself solutions when appropriate and has saved me money with his suggestions. I heartily recommend him.

I couldn't recommend Simple Plumber highly enough! Joe was absolutely lovely and totally saved me from my plumbing disaster. Fast, friendly, excellent service!!

We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!

Ryan and Ricky did everything possible to accommodate an urgent need to solve a problem before the pending delivery of a new appliance. I really appreciated that. I also showed them other plumbing needs I had , and was impressed by their ability to explain to me what the problem likely was and how they would solve it. I have confidence in them and their abilities and have scheduled another call for tomorrow to complete this work. Ryan said that the $65 fallout charge would cover the next call, so I did not have to pay that again. I recommend them without reservation.

First, I will say that I can't recommend these guys enough. They worked fast, clean, and despite two giant holes dug in my yards, there is barely any evidence that they were there. Tarps put down for the excavated dirt protected our lawn and as a result, all the dirt ended up back in the hole. They also very carefully pulled up the grass in chunks and then put them back so you can't tell from the side that it was ever dug up. (And barely from the top!)

What made this even more amazing is that our contract clearly states that the property owner is responsible for any landscaping needed after the job is over. (This was noted in all four bids we got.) So I expected to have some work after it was done. Instead they did the work, had the line inspected by the city, put everything away, and I didn't have to do anything.

There were some items that made my situation a challenge and I was honestly expecting this to be a painful process. My neighbor and I share a sewer line put in in 1958. I had been putting off the job because of the expense, but my neighbor wanted to go ahead and was willing to do a bunch of the leg work getting quotes. Aces Four's quote was the lowest bid by just a bit, pretty much in line with the two other companies we liked.

Also, the side yard where the sewer line comes out of the house was only accessible by some very old (and not very sturdy) stairs and a gate in a chain link fence. Landscaping (rock walls and trees) made going up any other way not a very easy option. A small excavator was brought in and, with my deteriorating steps protected, they rolled it up into the side lawn with zero damage or evidence they were there. All of the other companies I talked to expected to either dig by hand (more expensive) or have to pull out my fence and trees to get up there with a machine.

Every member of the Aces Four team was professional and courteous and endlessly patient with questions. I would recommend them without reservation.

The workman was competent and fixed the leaky shower control I about ½ hour. The part was less than $50 and the final bill was over $350.

Highly recommended for your installation and replacement water heater needs! Our 2008 water heater began to degrade over the last day with a leak then finally no hot water after 2 days. On Friday at 12pm we called Anthony’s Plumbing & Water Heater Seattle and Sean was able to slot us in for the next morning. We were told 9am-12pm for Saturday morning and was given a quote based on location and type of the current water heater. Saturday morning at 9:15am I received a text that a technician had been dispatched to my house and 1 minute later received a call from Jim that he and Justin would be arriving within 30 minutes. They arrived with masks on and walked me through the work they would do based on assessment of the replacement work. The total they calculated was within the quoted price and did not change once their work was done. They were very professional and patient with my questions and did a great job communicating and cleaning up after their work was complete. In total they able to complete the replacement of the water heater in less than 3 hours (including the assessment and payment of services).

Steve McCadden was great! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for plumbing services! He gave us a thorough description of the problem area, best solutions, and gave an honest price range with no surprises. It's been a month or two since he fixed our issue and everything's working as it should.

I'm going to use your company in the future. I was very impressed with Sam. He did an excellent job dealing with a difficult tenant. I'm with Cornell and associates but I've always used a couple of other plumbing companies. I'm very happy that you can come out here in a couple of hours time.

Bruce answered my original call immediately and let me know he'd check his schedule and get back to me. He called me back the next day and scheduled a visit for the following day. Kevin came out on time and performed the work to jet out our sewer line. It was 80% full of roots, they showed me everything on the camera and explained everything they did. All costing was discussed in advance, no surprises, very professional and friendly, and they'll be back in 2 years to check it at no charge. I keep Bruce in my phone for a reason. Excellent work.
