Jordan was very professional in his interaction with me. He carefully explained the process as he walked me through the install procedure. He's very thorough to ensure my new heating units were level and set up correctly. Unfortunately, he came across an electrical snag and instead of trying to fix it himself, he stopped and wanted to bring in an electrician to address the odd wiring in my home. Even though it's not complete yet, I'm happy he's confident in his skills that he knows when to ask for assistance rather than fix it himself. He was friendly and chatty while he worked, I appreciated that, it made me feel comfortable with him while I was also working in my home. Thank you!

I made the simple request of putting a mask on before entering my house. I couldn't care less about politics. I care most about my at risk child with asthma. The gentleman, Josh, stated that he doesn't do masks and stated an unspecified medical reason. I asked if someone else from his company could come who didn't mind wearing a mask. They left and I have yet to hear back from them. I'm using a different comany.company.

Thank you for your response. I'm no business owner but would suggest that if you have a company policy that requires your employees to wear ppe, that you make sure they do and hold them accountable when they don't.

Dave Jenkins of Best Plumbing was sent to my home to inspect my 76-year-old sewer system. Dave was amazing ... he patiently searched to find the right approach to insert/use his scope. He performed the scope analysis with me available to take notes. He explained what I could expect IF I held-off and experienced a sewer failure (with a basement bathroom & pump, it would not be pretty). He marked all key changes/areas where concreted needed to removed and where they needed to dig to execute the solution. Finally, he provided a detailed (and very reasonable) quote and explanation of costs while onsite. This was the most professional, patient and detailed home-service appointment I've experienced. As a result, Yes! I selected Best Plumbing for the job. Yes! I referred them to my next-door neighbor! And Yes! I would refer Best Plumbing to anyone who reads this review.

I hired Complete Trenchless to install a new water line from the meter to my house (under my driveway). They gave me a bid one afternoon and came out the next day to do the work. The work was great - it passed City inspection the first time - and they did it for a great price. I would definitely recommend them.

Steve replaced an old water heater for me, it was very easy and fast to discuss the project, find the right solution, get a quote and get the job scheduled. He was very responsive and clear.

On the day he showed up right on time, and was done fairly quickly, taking the time to answer all of my questions about the new tank and how it operates. And making sure all the old parts (the vent and the wall mounts) are in good shape.

He is definitely at the top of my list for my next plumbing project.

I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
