We used Bob Oates a couple of years ago when we had a link in our drain line. Their technicians talked us through the repairs and ultimately, we used the opportunity to replace our old cast iron drain line galvanized supply lines. Their price was several thousand under the two other quotes we received. They worked quickly and we have been so happy w/ the work. Just this past week, our basement flooded and they responded within an hour to scope the line, talked to us about solutions, and scheduled someone to come out and provide that estimate. We have had great experiences with them and will continue to use them in the future.

This company does great, fast work. They were done with the whole repipe in about 5 hours and it looks like great work. After getting 4 bids they were also by far the most inexpensive. I would recomend there work to everyone.

I highly recommend Watertite Plumbing, as my experience with Sharif during my remodel of my kitchen and two bathrooms offered three visits by him to complete the different stages of the project. He and his teammate were on time, professional and courteous with good mask wearing practices. Definitely will call on Watertite in the future if the need arises.

Life saver. Called simple plumber, Joe came same day service. We had just a trickle of hot water, he took very little time to figure out the problem and take care of it. no time at all we had for flow restored. He was very polite efficient and I’d highly recommend him to anyone.

I was referred to this business specifically by a friend. Had Curtis out the 22nd of August for an estimate on a smaller job (perhaps this is the problem?) and have not heard a word since. In that time we have contacted the office twice for an update after a few weeks of silence and both times were told we would be called back/contacted with an update soon. We were not contacted either time. Why give us the run around and waste our time? Very disappointed and would prefer an honest “we are not interested in helping you” over being ignored.

He was very professional! He took time to answer all my questions and clean after he was done. Sam has been very professional in his work while completely replumbing two bathrooms in our home. He clearly knows his trade and approaches even the toughest jobs with well-founded confidence. He is respectful and is patient when asked questions. Can’t say enough good things about him.

He came, he saw, he hydro-rooted. Fast response, great service - sewer was cleared of the roots about an hour after we called. Will call again when the roots eventually makes their way back into the line.

Four years ago I Hired GF for major job of over $7,000 and they didn’t honor our contract. He didn’t replace 5 feet of pipe and blamed Puget Sound Energy for his responsibility. The Better Business Bureau made multiple attempts to resolve the issue but they didn’t reply. NEVER HIRE this company!

Shawn N was on time, quick and professional. He almost instantly identified the issue I was having with my sink and had the parts swapped in about half an hour. He even showed me the parts to show me exactly what was wrong. In total, he was in an out in less than an hour. The entire time, he was polite and clearly knowledgeable about plumbing, especially in duplex/triplex situations. Thanks Shawn!

From scheduling to completing the work Eco was a breeze to work with. The technician, Nate, provided multiple options and was able to do the work same day. Everything was done quickly and with attention to detail. I will be asking Nate to come out for any of my electrical needs in the future.

Update 11/28/2022We had Seatown back to install a heat pump. Overall, our experience was good, but we want to highlight two issues that were disappointing.First, we want to be clear: the quality of the installation - that is still 5*. You will have top notch work done if you choose Seatown and we still recommend them for this.But, we are reducing our rating by one star due to the following.a) Sell-sell-sell attitudeIn the past Seatown was fact-based in explaining our options/ answering our questions.There was never any pressure, unasked for sales pitches, or used car lot salesman-type attitude (condescending, pushing unwanted products, repetitions of empty patter).Until now. Even though we'd already made our purchases, the lead installer was determined to sell us more - it felt like a Vanna White situation. He actually left the installation to come give us a presentation, complete with brochures, example products, etc. He also pushed us to post a review - to the point of saying we're in a competition to get the most good reviews by the end of the year - help us out. Well, here you go. ;-/b) Left a messUnlike before, trash (wire clippings, etc.) was left around and tracked-in fir needles, etc. were poorly cleaned up. We asked the last guy on site if he was going to clean, and he was flustered - said it was the apprentice's job, but he gamely asked for a broom and set to work. At the same time, it was clear we were still going to need to sweep again afterwards, so when our neighbor sharing our driveway needed Seatown to move their truck out of the way, we just sent the guy home.Additionally, we were dismayed to discover the electricians left two unfilled holes partially drilled through our garage floor to the basement below before they went ahead and used the existing hole for wiring that they made last spring and which we had requested they use again this time. We had to refill the unused holes ourselves.The above were disappointments because the respect shown for us, as well as our home and the pristine condition it was left in after past work, were part of the reason we returned to Seatown for further work.We feel let down.*******************We're very happy we went with Seatown when we needed to replace our hot water heater. We got bids from 3 companies, and even at the bidding stage, Seatown was by far the most professional. So for the quality of their work, their responsiveness, and the ease of the overall experience, they are worth it!
