Best Gas Boiler in Seattle WA
I am real pleased. This wasn't an emergency but they were able to come out right away. Fox Plumbing kept me posted on arrival times so I knew when I could expect their plumber to arrive. Adam was great, understood the problem and was able to repair everything which allowed me to avoid expensive floor repairs in the future. Darn nice guy as well. This was the first time I had used this company so you never know but it appears I picked the right company for this job.

If you call Beacon, you’ll be freakin. Easy to schedule with. They did come quickly to our emergency. That’s was as far as the good service went. We’ve had to track them down for receipts which may be common. But what made this experience so bad I would never recommend company was, they found a blockage, said we needed to repair 40ft of sewer piping cost 6k. The owner of the house left after this was done. We get a call saying there is more damage than expected. They put the camera further down the pipe and discovered that the main sewer line had deteriorated and was causing major blockages. They quoted us 23k to replace the entire line. The owner said he didn’t have the money so don’t do the second repair. They told him if you don’t, you’re going to continue to have water backing into your home. But they had just installed an opening outside to the line that would actually give us a solution to it backing into the house. We could just go outside, open up this pipe and it would flood outside instead. So they were absolutely trying to use scare tactics. I property manage the house and was referred by a roommates friend to call south west plumbing for a second opinion. We did that. I was there when south west out the camera down our sewer line. There were zero blockages and NO deterioration. There were some very small root intrusions. That’s all. They told us that there were no signs of the line backing up on us anytime soon. Just that the root intrusions will at some point need to be taken care of. I would never use beacon plumbing again. The plumbers left us all not knowing what was going on during the first repair and when you call their office they will have no information for you. You have to get it all from the plumber. They will give you a list of work done and charges. That’s it. My questions for them were. Can the owner dig his own trench and lay pipe himself and then hire them to hook it up. The technician called me back and told me there was no blockage, but he had told the owner that there was. He then said we would have to Jack hammer the concrete driveway to access the pipe and digging our own trench would be very difficult. Well sure if we have to go under the driveway. But when you look at the map of our plumbing, it doesn’t run under the concrete. And southwest was able to use their technology to show us where the line goes. It’s not under the drive way. But next to it and under grass. When I asked Beacon how certain are you it’s under the driveway. They laughed and said, 100%. They straight up lie and try to get more money of people they think they can take advantage of. Do not use this company. There are so many better companies out there. Good luck on your projects and plumbing needs.

They came quickly, were super friendly and fixed it the next day. Great people. Not cheap but quality is worth it. Use these guys.

Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.
Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.

When we had a series issue the day after Christmas, with snow on the ground and endless Covid, but you guys made it to our house and put me at ease. We had another company come look before you and we didn’t feel comfortable with their prices or games they were playing. You guys did the same job for $2,500 less and were upfront and honest about my options. We appreciate you ethics and honest approach. Hopefully we won’t need you for another emergency anytime soon. ;)

We needed a new supply line in our bathroom and kitchen. We also requested a quote for future work. Diego, the technician, was on time, thorough with explaining what he was going to do, and cleaned up as he was working. As Diego presented the quote for future work he educated us on water heater dimensions and how our planning should consider those dimensions. Diego and Gene Johnson Plumbing and Heating are top notch in our book!

I use Knockout Plumbing for both my workplace and my home. Silas and Colin are amazing. They are reasonable and also made sure to inform me of the problems at hand and the solutions. I will be sure to use them again and again for all my piping needs.

Great experience today with Seatown. Vince came to diagnose a problem with our heat pump, a system we hadn’t dealt with since moving into our house. He was able to find and fix the problem in one appointment, and he took the time to walk us through how things work, potential future repairs, and maintenance considerations. He and the customer service folks we interacted with were all super nice and professional. Will definitely be using them for maintenance and repairs going forward!

Green House Plumbing and Heating installed a hybrid water heater at our place, and everything was smooth. They quickly came when our previous one was broken and provided estimates about different options.
We chose the electric option (heat pump or hybrid water heater) and it is working very well.
We did some research about the brands they proposed, they were very good quality ones according to online reviews.
They arrived on time for the installation, were very professional and explained the functioning after they were done, answering all my questions.
Great, quick and very courteous service, we are very pleased with the work.
