Those of us who live in old houses need very good plumbers. That means plumbers with the expertise and creativity to work around the kinks and irregularities of old systems, often complicated by self-help attempts engineered by previous owners. Konrad is a genius plumber. His go-to response is I can fix this. And he does. Cleans up after himself too, checks and double checks his work, runs me through what he's done, and makes sure I know I can call Fox if any problems emerge. I'm very, very glad to have found Fox Plumbing, and Konrad, and Daniel, and all of the guys who work there.

Unfortunately, this review is to warn others so they do not experience what I experienced. When I woke up to the sound of running water on Christmas Eve, I knew a pipe had burst somewhere when the weather warmed up after a week below freezing. I immediately turned it off at the house and checked the meter to ensure it was not running and my shut off was successful. I called a few companies and Gene Johnson answered (on Christmas Eve!) and scheduled me for the following Wednesday. The technician who came out was wildly unskilled. He did not have customer service communication skills (he informed me the charge would be more than the $60 service call because “he had to go buy waders” and had to “crawl under my house”). Is looking for a broken pipe in the crawl space of a house not par for the course with plumbing? After returning from his shopping trip, he (maybe) crawled under the house but eventually came out whining about how hard it would be to get his tools in there, and I would need to hire another company to pump out the standing water (ok, so your plumbing company doesn’t do that?) and then produced an $1800 quote with random charge codes and generic language. I kept assuring him that the standing water was not from a leak (the water had been off for days) and was a result of recent heavy rains and ground water behavior. He offered no knowledge or understanding of hydrology or the behavior groundwaters, surface waters, water tables, etc. And his estimate containing random charge codes, included No narrative, no discussion of the standing water, no description of the break, type of pipe, length of pipe, etc. I certainly did not book with this company and was fortunate to get another plumber out on Friday. Wouldn’t you know it? The pipe break was in my detached shop; some pvc couplings had cracked. It wasn’t even under the house! This company and their technician charged me $343 for a leak detection service they did not provide and produced an $1800 quote for something that wasn’t broken! After days of waiting for a call back, I finally got an email from the guy’s supervisor saying that he reviewed the notes, and the techs performance wasn’t in line with company process and procedure and he would issue the refund. And I still continue to get impersonal and generic marketing outreach from the company “owner” welcoming me to the family and giving me a $20 gift card to refer others. Never would I refer someone to this company!

Our technician Dave came out for a backed up sewer emergency same day when no other local company could make it that quickly. He was friendly and knowledgeable and provided a sewer scope and clear recommendations for the additional work we needed. While we didn’t move forward with 2 Sons for the larger job, Dave and everyone we spoke with were exceptionally professional.

Not great. But fixed our problem for the evening. Some how the same thing happened the very next day. Which to me says it wasn't fixed properly. So my husband went and bought the tool the plumber used. Now it's actually fixed. Our plumber hurried in , didn't make sure it was done fully. Also was not considerate enough to cover his shoes. Just wore them in my house. Gross. Show respect. We will not be using them again.

Fair price, quick service, and it was so great to have my shower back. Will absolutely call on Evan and his crew again if I need something for my pipes!

Sharif and Watertite Plumber are outstanding. Responsive, professional, and thorough in addressing the various projects we are interested in scoping. In addition to answering all of our questions on project needs, he suggested multiple ways (including more cost efficient options) to achieve our goals. While onsite, Sharif also assisted with a drain clearing that was desperately needed. I'd definitely recommend working with them.

Amazing service and workmanship! Called Premier Plumbing to fix a water heater issue we had. They were able to get me on the schedule pretty fast. The gentleman who came out went above and beyond to help to assist the situation the best way he can so we could have hot water. Very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions and concerns that I had. This is a company I definitely recommend. I appreciate the positive attitude they had while doing the job.

Very happy with experience so far. From calling to arrange estimate through to confirmation by Gene Johnson Plumbing on technicians arrival time and dealing with technician for estimate. They sent Gene Johnson Jr. Who was patient whilst answering questions and thorough in explanation of work that would be provided . We have scheduled the work to be done and I am confident we will be satisfied. So far so good.

Great experience! I called late afternoon and spoke with a professional, friendly and very helpful person. I had a next day appointment at 9am. Seatown sent a confirmation email complete with a brief bio and picture of our technician Jason. Seatown also called to confirm the appointment. Jason arrived at 9am and proceeded to diagnose and fix the problem. Jason is highly professional, friendly and he took time to thoroughly explain everything. The cost was very affordable and comparably the lowest. I made phone calls and read reviews of many different companies. In the end it was the Seatown TV ad and the little jingle that triggered my decision to call. I promise you will be completely satisfied by relying on Seatown

Fox provided excellent customer service from the first time I called. I was able to speak to a friendly and informative technician who was super helpful and answered all the questions I had about our ductless units prior to sending someone out for a service call. Chris, the technician that came out for the call was also very friendly and informative, on-time and got our heat working again. I would highly recommend Fox and will call them in the future for any heating or plumbing issues that may arise.
