After 9 years in San Francisco we moved back to our Fremont Seattle house and discovered the tenants did not really understand what a sump pump was and had unplugged it!!! I found Evan Conklin Plumbing on the web and Norm came out the same day. He replaced the pump, the clogged valve, the blocked sewage line and it was fixed in a few hours! After dealing with painters and flooring refinishers and movers I expected the worst but got the best when Norm showed up. Jeremy from Premier plumbing did an amazing job fixing the corroded copper drainage pipe in the crawlspace. Punctual and honest. I had 6+ other estimates and he’s was by far the cheapest and smallest fix. No scare tactic and always punctual. This saves me thousands and also from taking time off work. He just addressed the problem and how to fix it and no exaggeration or trying to make it a bigger job then needed.

I am truly grateful and will recommend him to everyone I know.

Also he even called after the work as done to explain what was done and that because he made some minor changes due to problems that came up he got the work done but in the different way do so it ended up saving me another $100+ at the end. I really do appreciate that type of honesty!

I just had my AC diagnosed and fixed by Radonis. He was extremely professional, polite, knowledgeable, and explained everything thoroughly as to what the issue was. I was worried that the cost would be high, but it was reasonable especially considering Radonis going above and beyond. Seatown is a great company. They have exceeded my expectations. I had the power go out in half of my house. I called and spoke to Ryan. I told him no rush as I didn’t want to have to pay an emergency fee. He had Zak out to my house within an hour. Zak was awesome. He went over everything with me. They charge a super fair price and really explain what is going on. Zak made sure everything worked in the house before he left. This company really cares about keeping people safe in their homes. I used Fox to repair a sewer line and add an external cleanout based on the recommendation of a contractor friend. Fox communicated well, arrived on time and finished on time, despite some unforseen small challenges. They were very polite and professional and I am really happy with their work and would recomend them.
