Scammy. Sales person Made a big deal about my contractors not shoring up a 4+ foot hole and talked up how they would be safer. Then their plumbers didn’t shore up the hole for their work. Then they left a bunch of dirt in the hole that the contractor had previously removed.

These gentlemen came out and tried to fix a problem, gave me great info.on what was recommended and were truly professional

We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!

Mr Rooter came to help us one day...We had called them because we had raw sewage flood from our toilet.Unfortunately they were not able to clear our line that day.. the why was not because of Mr Rooters abilities...Another company we had used before told us our pipes are crushed and they flushed the house lines from the roof.This is important... we fought with over flowing everything.... and this was supposed to have solved things for awhile... no guarantee though.About a year later it rained and I showered...Go figure... anyway I was doing my hair and heard it... the eruption of raw sewage all over my bathroom floor.We called the first. Company of rooters we found. Mr RooterWhen they attempted to Aug the toilet it got caught upon the jet hose the other company lost down the stackIt took man power to dig holes. Trace lines reconstructed a purge line..The hose had literally blocked our lines so we had to go no flow for awhile... it seemed forever... but thank you Ryan for helping us get back to civilizationMr Rooter put in many more hours and materials into making sure we would have the hose gone and all I've for mentioned... but what I didn't mention before is the best part....they insure their work and give lifetime guarantees on their work.What I guarantee is noone will be on my call list but Mr Rooter in times of plumbing troubles.After they completed their work they checked their work about 5 days later. Ran a camera made sure we were doing good.Mr Rooter is also helping us finance the job they did because we do not come in on the wealthy side. They did not go above their quote even though most companies would.We always knew what was happening and why. You never know how important plumbing is to a home until you are try to stop sewage from getting to the hard wood floor.I dont fear that now... I've got Mr Rooters number and Ryan and crew... clean, polite,Smiles and warm handshakes...If Mr Rooter gives you a price that might be higher than others it wont be by much. And Mr Rooter does all I've said and moreNo I dont get paid to say anything nice about Mr Rooter. Dont need to be. Cant pay me to tell the truthMR ROOTER IS.... Both Don and Jeff were very helpful when I had a leak that turned out to require a faucet replacement. While he was here, Jeff fixed two other things that I brought to his attention. Without my realizing it, he even fixed broken latch on the cabinet under my sink, which had been neglected(!) I will definitely use Quality Plumbing in the future, for both emergency and non-emergency needs.

I have used Raymark Plumbing for many years and they have always been available when I needed them. They assess my plumbing situation (usually clogged sewers) and often run a video camera through my sewer to identify the problem (usually roots from the rockery) and then they clean it up. For years I have called them before my basement flooded and after they assess and clean out the drain they put a root-killer down the sewer. This is so effective that I now only need to call them every 2 - 3 years. I have also had them install new toilets.

No matter what the task, they come on time, work efficiently and are always pleasant and kind about explaining the situation.. I would never use another plumbing service.

Needed a kitchen sink drain that was clogged up. Allys is less than a mile from my home. $200.00 to come out ( service call ) after arrival another $250.00 to run a snake auger which didint unclog the line. Then said would need to come back the next day with a rented jet sprayer and was going to cost over $800.00 at that point I declined as to install another new complete line would cost max $150.00. Also was a sub contractor that showed up to do their work. If you like throwing your money away be my guest. As for me no thank you

He diagnosed my water heater issue and explained it to me clearly. He offered me options to get my heater fixed.
