The new water heater works fine. The problem is that the HOA pressured us to schedule the replacement while we were out of town, so we were not able to supervise the security of our dwelling while they were working. It turns out the plumbers searched every room in the unit for the electrical breaker box, and in the process locked our cat in our bedroom away from food, water, and litter box for three days. When we inquired about this, a manager implied we were at fault, claimed we were terrible pet owners, berated us, and took zero responsibility. It was incredibly rude. Thankfully the cat is OK now, but if we have a choice, we will never go with Beacon Plumbing ever again.

We called Roto-Rooter to help unclog a slow draining toilet and sink. After several hours, the crew discovered that there was also blockage outside the house. This blockage necessitated digging up a small part of a flower bed adjacent to the house foundation, cutting into the sewer line and installing another line in order to flush the sewer line. This process took about 4-5 hours, at night time. The crew was responsive, professional and friendly and did a commendable job. However:In order to reach the main sewer line the crew also had to cut out a block of concrete and remove a small concrete/brick trim wall around the outside flower bed. Although the crew refilled the hole they dug with soil and concrete the crew failed to replace the concrete/brick trim wall; the crew failed to remove the concrete forms; the crew failed to clean up the dirt and sludge that was deposited against the foundation of the house. Bottom line: the last part of the service, e.g., replacing the small trim wall and cleaning-up was not completed --- a task we have finally completed.Also, at every major step of the process, the crew attempted to upsell me to additional services claiming that more work had to be done; one quote for one small project was $12.5k but the crew said they would do the work for $4k. Something stinks (pardon the pun).Bottom line: the overall rating is disappointing not because of the work but because of the crew's neglect in cleaning up after their work.A follow-up: we made final payment for services on one credit card but Roto Rooter charged two credit cards the exact same amount for the final payment. In other words, we were double charged.

I was able to have Arash (owner) from Ridgid Plumbing within 30min of calling at our home for a Free assessment of our issue. He was patient knowledgeable. He was able to have have it replace 2 days later by Armini and Sina. Armini and Sina had the new tankless up and running in no time.

Professional friendly and informative. Got the Sink drain cleared on a 4 story drop and out to the main line. Gave good advice for the future maintenance as well.

Had a long-standing issue with our sinks that we thought was going to be a real nightmare. Plumber gave it a look, came back in a week with the proper tools, and took care of things in under a few hours at a very reasonable price. Great service!

Only does drain cleaning, but doesn't install sewage ejector pumps. But Fritz answered immediately, gave lots of helpful pointers, and quoted drain cleaning at a price significantly less than large-company plumbers. I'll use him next time I need a blockage taken out!

They did an excellent job at a weekend for my sewer block water overflow problem. Though the condition was bad, they still did not give up and troubleshot the problem. After the job was done, they also provided several options for the next step restoration.

We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!

Wow! This place was awesome. They came out the same day that I called. They repaired my toilet clog super fast and even looked at my garbage disposal which wasn't working. I would highly recommend then to anyone!

We cannot speak highly enough of Complete Trenchless Inc. We contacted Cesar on a Friday afternoon with an urgent need for a new waterline at our home over the mountain pass in Ellensburg. Without hesitation he said he could have a team there on Sunday. At 9 am on the dot, Victor and Raul showed up and got right to work. They explained everything very throughly and were extremely knowledgeable. The men called city workers that needed to come locate electrical and gas lines so that we did not have to. When a problem arose with a cement slab that we could not use the directional drill through, we inevitably had to temporarily remove some pavers from our patio. The men removed and replaced the pavers, filled in the few holes that needed to be dug, and left the job site spotless...you would hardly have known they were here! Except for the fact that we have running water again! We are so very thankful for their hard work, and although we hope to never have a large plumbing issue like this again, we wouldn’t hesitate to call them!

We had used Raymark to install a water heater in our home about 3 years ago. Last week we were unsure about an unrelated plumbing issue. Jose came over, listened to our concerns. After looking under the kitchen sink and the dishwasher he determined all was well. Thank you Jose.

We are very happy we went with this company. James and Tristan installed several recessed lightings in the living room, in the kitchen, removed some old light fixtures, and troubleshooted our electric cord issues all in just one day. They are extremely hardworking, professional in every way, and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Because we liked them so much, we had James come back after a few weeks to replace our bathroom fans as well. Of course he got his job done in a very timely manner as always. James is very friendly and approachable and is willing to negotiate the quote. We will definitely hire Eco Electric again.

Done very dangerous work in our property, put the Water Lines in the Wood Floor Joists now weaken by the wholes, place on top and on side of the original Gas Ducts and Return Vents custom made locations , and placed a very unbecoming looking line (out/in side) in the Living Room. To date for weeks has continue to cause STOP work us from continue repair/replace damage to our fire/smoke out unit, to get our Gas Furnace, Ducts/Return Vents, Drop Ceiling, Electrical and Lighting system install by other businesses, can not work. We have made many contacts in person, text. emails, calls and correct the water lines work still not done..
