Just found out about a leak we had going in our crawl space yesterday. Bought this house 6 months ago and was not prepared for a huge plumbing disaster. After calling around to multiple plumbers in the area, with no one available, Bobby returned my call and said he'd be right over to at least look at what the problem was and turn off my water main for me. As a new homeowner and someone who knows nothing about plumbing, the fact that he just came over to assess and reassure was huge. He told me exactly what we could do to speed the process along, and that he'd be back as soon as he was able to actually fix it for us. Within less than 24 hours he was back here, and completed the entire job in a short time, and at a reasonable price. But more importantly, we now have a plumber we can count on for any future problems that may arise. That peace of mind in an older house is worth every penny! Thanks Bobby and Norm, you guys are the best. Highly recommend them.

Tyler Blanchard was awesome - worth the weekend premium rates. He arrived within 30 minutes of my emergency call, did great work at a fair price and had a great attitude. We'll absolutely call O'Neill again.

We have been working with Ben’s Plumbing (now HD Partners) for years. Our house is old with a lot of plumbing issues. Ben and Brian have been wonderful to work with. They are incredibly responsive and know what they are doing. Each issue has been approached thoughtfully and we always know we are in good hands. It’s a pleasure to have them in our home even in stressful situations! They are the best.

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.

John, the technician was right on time and explained everything clearly after using the scope to determine that the sewer line was collapsed just outside the house I bought. Then Don, who does the estimates, came out and explained the situation in detail, including the various treatment options that exist for repairing damaged common sewer lines. He was very clear and helpful. I would highly recommend Fischer Plumbing.

Excellent company! Plumbing appointment was confirmed with a text message and plumbers arrived promptly on time. They diagnosed and solved the problem within twenty minutes of arrrival and also took care of another problem for free while they were there. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend and use again.

If I could give 10 stars I would. An overall great experience. Complete Trenchless exceeded my expectations. They were timely, professional, and efficient. I would recommend them to everyone.

I had a water main line break. To make things complicated my meter was 300 from my house under asphalt. Obviously I did not want to tear up the asphalt so I needed a trenchless water main replacement. Complete Trenchless did the job and caused me no additional work or headaches. I was told it would take 2 days and it took 1. I am very happy with outcome.

The serviceman, David, did an excellent job. He was very professional.

We ordered electric and plumbing services. These projects were quite substantial: replacing new electric panel; replacing all devices; improving wiring in some rooms; bath fans; fixing leaks and replacing bath sinks and so on.All the services were done in a timely fashion and with respect to the property. As well as technicians provided all required information about all what is done.Want to say also special kudos to Connor and his electricians team; as well as to Cease, Brandon R and Teadan from plumbing division. There was some funny moments when I though that guys were talking about Disneyland characters, but turns out that was some plumbing tool called mickey :)Quite happy with the service provided, and we also planning to do improvements for water heating setup we have at our house.

The technicians were quick and explained everything thoroughly. They discovered we had a second water heater hidden behind a wall, and were able to get an electrician out to fix a wiring issue and restore the hot water to our shower the same day. Fantastic service, thank you so much!

Called them on Monday and they were able to come on Tuesday morning to unclog my kitchen drain. Ben was awesome got the job done and very friendly and polite. Great communication on all ends from the folks answering the phone to the plumber who did the work.
