Waste of time and money. Had an electrical issue with one light and hired Beacon to come and take a look. The electricians came, pretended to check the ceiling light. They used a high voltage meter to check on a low voltage outlet. And when I asked them to do it properly with a meter that could actually check the voltage, they appeared irritated then brought out a proper meter. Then, without doing much additional work, they said that all my pot lights needed to be replaced. They couldn't really tell me why.. just proposed that as a solution to a problem that they didn't investigate. The whole thing felt like a scam, so I paid them their $75 show up fee, and sent them away. Won't be using this company.

Our tech was professional, on time, prepared with masks and booties, and still beeped our number even when we failed to answer the phone. He solved and was finished with the issue within 10 minutes. Excellent work!

Nick and his team were clean, courteous and were able to do the work quickly. They repiped our house in one day and when he realized they had forgotten to repair the drain pipe for the washer Nick called immediately to let me know so that I wouldn't use the washing machine until they had come back asap to correct the mistake. They even made time to correct a bad decision we had made about keeping a faucet when they returned.
Bottom line: They provided us with good service and great value.

Unclogged a pipe in a three story building. They had to put a camera down the drain, gain access into several units, snake from two units, cut through ceiling, cut pipes and re-glue.......hydro-jet the line and unclog the drainage pipe. VERY responsive!

Good storm sewer contractor

Amazing drainage repair services! Our storm drain in our driveway was totally clogged and there was no drainage every time it rained. They came out and identified the drainage problem immediately and repaired the drain same day. After hydro jetting they discovered holes in the pipe and more drain clogs. It turned into a two day job because the cast iron pipe was completely impacted and rusted out. They cut the concrete, dug out a new channel and installed about 30 ft of pipe that led to a pop up drain. They also did a great job cleaning up afterwards, which most contractors don’t bother with. Super knowledgeable, professional, affordable and skilled team. Highly recommend and will hire again if needed.

Let's start by saying sewer replacement is an expensive endeavor. However when you spend that money you want the best work at a competitive price and Cesar and his team deliver. They had too dig down roughly 10 feet, fix a collapsed portion of pipe, clean roots from my very old line then do the lining. Both my neighbor who's yard was needed for the dirt and the city inspector were also very happy with the work. I will 100% recommended them to anyone who needs this done. Steve installed a tankless (on demand) gas water heater for us, relocated the gas piping, and installed new venting and a recirculating pump. Service was excellent, timely, and very professional at a very fair price. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
