Kitchen sink had a slow drain issue that I and another plumber were not able to resolve. Came as a team of two and gave a quick estimate and were immediately able to start working. They stuck on the issue and were able to resolve it in a timely manner.

We called at the end of the day at about 4:45pm and Pablo was at our home within the hour. Nice, helpful, and most of all, effective service. We'll be happy to call on Elite Rooter, and Pablo again if we need emergency plumbing help.

Mr. Tom Armbruster was the second technician sent out on the second day. He was calm, patient, and extremely helpful in solving the problem left by the first responder. The first responder was not from Mr. Rooter but their helping company who responded because the original appointment could not be kept by Mr. Rooter. It was a night and day experience for me. I highly recommend Mr. Tom Armbruster for any and all work as he was courteous, knowledgeable, direct and courteous. He explained everything and made his suggestions and put it all in legible writing.Plus he picked up after himself and left the area clean and dry unlike the original responder. Best Bay Plumbing has excellent integrity and fair pricing. Today Bay Plumbing repaired my Hot Water Heater. I contacted two other well-known San Jose Plumbing companies before contacting Abel from Best Bay Plumbing. The two well-known companies just wanted to replace the Hot Water Heater since it was ten years old. However, thank goodness for google-searched, I knew that the Hot Water Heater still had good and needed the Theormalcouple replaced. So, on a whim, I left Best Bay Plumbing, and the answering service indicated that a response would be within 15 minutes. Abel contacted me in ten minutes; I shared my issues and what I thought needed to be done, and how a quote to have the Thermocouple replaced. He asked me to send him a picture of the Hot Water Heater so he could provide me with a quote. Sergio arrived on time, was friendly and got to work ASAP, and cleaned up after he was done replacing the Thermocouple. Glad I found Best Bay Plumbing, and now we have hot water.

I had an issue with my bath drain stinking for the last two months. Two appointments and $250 in warranty call charges (each for about five minutes with so called technicians who claimed the smell was just something random and would go away if I pour hot water! Yeah right ! ) led to no changes and my bath stinking everyday and the wife cussing every day :) Finally , I called Giovani to check it out. He quickly identified the issue and spent time explaining what was going on. Trust me , this man knows plumbing. He’s the best out there , takes extreme pride in his workmanship and his customer service is top notch, very rare to find qualities in today’s world. I called and used the Freedom underground plumbing service because our manhole system at the front yard had the two submarine plumbs to push the sewer water over the 400 feet pipe to the public sewer system. This was built on the hillside new construction, completed on June, 2020. It was surprised us that the plumb was keeping running without stopping. Of course, it was dangerous to burn out the plumb soon.
When the owner, Freddy, was on the job site, he decided to replace two plumbs based on the sewer system original design technical data. He educated me how the system supposed to work and maintain. I was impressed and decided to use their service. Before the parts are available, he suggested me to turn it off for most of time, and turn on on occasions. When the parts become available, their crew came immediately to replace and fix the issues. And, they provide life-time warranty for the parts and labor. This is very important factor for the manhole owner. Their service is professional and excellent.
Nobody wants to have the sewer system problem. If you have one unfortunately, I highly recommend the Freedom Underground plumbing service.

We called CMS needing a water heater replacement, and after asking if we were without hot water they said they would try to rush getting a new one for us. They set us up for an appointment the very next morning, and Nickolas from CMS showed up promptly and started to work on it. Nickolas was friendly and very professional, and he did a great job replacing our old water heater.

Update 1/27/23: A week after installation we found that the water heater was leaking from one of the hoses, and promptly called CMS plumbing and let them know. The dispatch one of their plumbers named Louie within a few hours and he came to check it out. Louie was very friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to fix the issue and get it back up and running. Louie also took extra time to check everything out on the water heater to make sure nothing else was wrong, and cleaned up all the water so it was ready to go. Excellent work!

My water heater is specialized and it was really hard to find a company to come out and fix it. I dealt with Home Depot but they ghosted me literally twice during the process. That's when I found Water Heaters Only, Inc and they responded right away to my request. Alex, the technician, was out the very next morning on Friday to look at the water heater and offer me solutions on what he could do. Now as of Monday, my new water heater has been installed and I am so happy with how it turned out!

Very responsive. They followed up almost every day even though I was not ready. They are very knowledgeable telling me that the drip pan is not required for garage and it saves the owner some bucks. I appreciate the photos of the works taken because I was not there. Will use them again.

San Jose Plumbing did a great job with an urgent water heater replacement.

Less than 24 hours after my old water heater had broken down, San Jose Plumbing had installed a new one. Their front office was easy to work with and followed through on all of their commitments.

The plumber who did the job, Jose, is a real pro. He did excellent work and he provided great service. The location of our water heater presented some unique challenges and Jose managed them well. He also showed up in a timely manner and completed the job efficiently.

They will be my go-to plumber in the future.
