Kevin and his team were very responsive and professional. I was remodeling my kitchen and needed the water pipes to be rerouted since I was switching the positions of the sink and the dishwasher. Kevin found another problem once the walls were opened and they fixed it too. Everything was done on time. Highly recommend them.

$788 for two slow drains and less than 30 minutes work ???? Would have been > $850 but I received a discount. James is a good person, but Roto-Rooter is gouging in our area. Be sure to shop around - drain cleaning is not rocket science. I have done it myself many times, but getting too old to deal with it.

I called them because I thought there was an issue with my water softener. I spoke with Jason, and he gave me some recommendations to try and troubleshoot the problem myself. He took the time to answer all my questions. It turns out the noise I was hearing was unrelated to my water softener. I'm grateful for them for genuinely helping me over the phone, I will definitely use their service if anything more serious happens at my home.

EDIT: Called them again for advice on upgrading my water softener or not. Marty, the owner, came and tested the water hardness and said the current system was still efficient, just needed to regenerate more frequently. Super friendly service, can't recommend enough!

He explained options over the phone and was earlier than the time stated. He had a small space in which to fit the water heater, and did an excellent job with no problems, considering where it was located.

One day, we woke up with no hot water and flood in the garage. I called Marlon, as he helped us few months ago with the clogged pipe. I apologized, as it was early in the morning :) - he was quick, responsive, said no need to apologize and requested me to send him photos of my water heater. Water was leaking around the perimeter. He advised to turn off water for the heater until he comes. As soon as he finished his prior appointment - he came to our house, ran diagnostics (as we suspected, water heater broke) and recommended to replace the heater. We chose tankless version (thanks, Marlon, for recommending it); he and his helper Tony came the next day and took care of the installation, re-piping to outside of the house with copper pipes (we chose outside heater placement), testing everything out and - we had our hot water again! Now, with tankless heater, we never run out of hot water with our 3-bath house :) Overall, Marlon has been super-responsive, professional, honest, great in communication and walking us through the pricing and maintenance options for various heater models; he is also an optimistic and pleasant person to talk to :) I would highly recommend him and his service for any plumbing needs you may have.

PlumbTree provides excellent service. I called the company in the morning, they already scheduled me for an afternoon appointment in the same day. They notified me the timeframe when the technician will arrive. The technician came on-time and well prepared with PPE. He helped us to check the problem very carefully and patiently answer all of our questions. He also make very honest suggestions about our piping problems. We called Advanced Quality Plumbing for a sewer emergency that turned out to be massive. They were always timely and responsive and coordinated the city, permits and repair thoroughly. Can't comment on price because I didn't price compare, but the value you get from just knowing it's being done right should be taken into consideration!

still have buzz/humming noise when water heater kicks on and burner was replaced. Burner was not replaced because of noise but was burn't out.

The lady in the office mixed up scheduling the same job twice this week, she said Tuesday but scheduled for Wednesday. She scheduled for 2:00 - 4:00 PM but at 6:00 PM, no plumber and then dropped the job, leaving a resident without use of his shower/bathtub for 3 days. The apartment manager had to scramble to find another plumber at the last minute. Go-Mez Plumbing doesn't schedule the day they tell you, they don't show when they're scheduled to arrive, they don't call to let their client know they would be late and they renege on the job altogether. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend using them as they will leave you in a bind.
