We needed waterline replaced from meter to house. Kevin explained well what was needed Jesse did much of the digging and bricks were replaced efficiently and as before. Both Kevin and Jesse were friendly, efficient and professional- The job is perfect!! Inspection passed easily!!

We used Marti's Plumbing Service for an emergency water heater change-out in June, 2021. We also asked that they apply for a building permit on our behalf, and Marti's agreed.

The technician sent by Marti's did not install all of the necessary parts for the water heater. He also cut the line between the water heater and the washer and caused a leak. Only after multiple conversations did Marti's compensate us for the amount that we had paid to repair the leak.

Marti's also refused to apply for a building permit after their initial promise, so I applied for a water heater change-out permit on my own. I received the following list of corrections from the City of Cupertino's building inspector. I called Marti's many times to bring the water heater up to code, because they provide a one-year warranty with their services, but it was very difficult to reach them to schedule a follow-up visit.

City of Cupertino's List of Required Corrections:

1. Single wall vent connector for water heater requires 6 min clearance to combustibles ( Sheetrock ) and single wall connector not approved for penetrating rated assembly.
2. Provide access to vent flue to verify B-vent or install new for water heater flue.
3. Provide insulation on first 5'ft of water lines at water heater
4. T&P piping at termination to not be threaded and to terminate 6-24 off garage floor or pipe to exterior and maintain same termination clearance off ground surface
5. Water heater to be fully blocked and braced
6. Water heater bracing at lower brace to be located within bottom 1/3 and 4 above control valve
7. Tighten water heater bracing
8. Provide water bond hot to cold and to gas line.
9. Provide approved expansion tank brace and install per manufactures installation instructions
10. Provide sediment trap on gas line after the valve and before the flex

Kevin responded to my call for help on a clogged sewage pipe that caused multiple drains to back up in a rental property. He showed up promptly, diagnosed the issue and cleared the clog in under an hour. I didn’t even have to be on site as he took care of interacting with the tenants. Highly recommend.

Miguel was an amazing service tech that explained the process of the large repair very well. He was extremely professional courteous and did a great job.

Adrian originally came out to deal with two separate issues. A leaking hose in one toilet and a less obvious leaking toilet on a second floor that has caused some water damage on the first floor ceiling He diagnosed both and repaired. Less than an week later, one of the toilets started malfunctioning again,. Rayne courteously sent him back out to repair the issue at no additional cost. I consider that excellent customer service. Adrian was very pleasant and courteous. Would recommend and will use again.

The service was excellent when it arrived. My only issue was that I was given 4 different service times on the day I requested service. Ultimately, my service was pushed back to the next day nearly 24 hours after the original service time. When Fortino arrived, he was excellent. He solved my plumbing problem quickly and efficiently. The work he performed looks right and operates perfectly. He was courteous, clean and thorough. He cleaned up afterward to a better appearance than when he arrived. I was very impressed by Fortino

Excellent job!! These folks are the real deal.
Aaron's initially scheduled me for an appointment tomorrow morning with the proviso that if they had availability open up they would get to me sooner - this afternoon or evening. Sure enough, I got a call about an hour later that one one their best plumbers - Roy - was on the way from his last call in Livermore. Roy was respectful, congenial and above all, expert and diligent in diagnosing the problem, cause (calcification due to hard water) and installed the new faucet within an hour! Excellent job. Roy also let me know about other services Aaron's does, including water softeners using potassium instead of NaCl salt, and a hot-water recirc pump system option. No hard up-selling, just knowledge-sharing. Great work and great recommendations. Nice guy too! Aaron's Plumbing and Rooter has a customer for life. Very very reasonable pricing as well. Work Completed 2/17/2021

About a year ago, we were completely clogged and had water backed up to the point that both bathroom and kitchen were not longer draining water properly but out of the sink and tub as well. Called Gil about the emergency and he sent a guy out ASAP. His guy was not only quick but was able to get it the drain working again to our relief.

After a couple more times where it once again got clogged and had to ask for Gil and his crew to come and help, he checked on what was the root of the problem. After a couple of failed attempts from the only clean out I had in the back yard (cable with the camera was short), he checked it from another area not common. And yes in fact, the issue was a root that broke the old piping from the front yard. After crunching numbers and seeing the only fix to this issue was to completely change the line, we had to go with him for the job as not only were we familiar to his skill and crew but his expertise in the matter.

I thought the job would be longer than it did. Not only did his crew dig up and remove the old what looked like ceramic pipe with a newer stronger one, but they completed the job in a few days as opposed to others which I hear would be weeks or so. Once they did that, he also added 2 more clean outs for the property to bring it up to code and minimize anymore headaches just in case we'd get clogged. Knocking on wood so far as we have not even been close to that.

Flushed and sinks all drain properly making as they should be. Gil and his crew did an exceptional job in quick and reliable fashion. Along with that, they also cleaned up and patched up the area with the cement. If I were able to give more stars, I would. I have been passing his information over and over due his professionalism.

Julio came out because we are having an issue with our gas stove we were unsure if it was the line or range. He was kind enough to test the line and advised us it was the range. I have to say it was very refreshing to meet an honest professional. Although he couldn’t assist with repairing our range. We will definitely be calling him again should we have plumbing issues. I will as be sharing his information with my
Family and friends.

The plumbing contractor was excellent! We had a burst pipe that had flooded our upstairs, so we needed someone to come out urgently. This happened late Friday, so we were concerned about getting someone out on the Saturday, but this company was great!
