Best Plumbing Problem in San Jose CA

After 4 days of fruitlessly trying to get my home warranty company to connect us with someone who could actually fix our busted pipe, I called Crown Plumbing. Sal arrived less than 2 hours later, and 2 hours after that the repairs were complete, and for a fair price. Next time I'll skip the wasted time with AHS and call Crown right away.

Chandler and his team were great. Their onsite technician Evan came in quickly and installed the hot water heater. He even cut the draft pipes and welded few other pipes to accommodate the installation of a bigger heater. Would hire them again.

I called Genmor Plumbing - San Jose at around 11pm on a Friday night and left a voice message. They had someone there to take my call within 20 minutes and was able to solve my problem in about an hour. I'm really glad I found them and will be recommending their service to everyone!

My whole plumbing was backed up and they came out the same day, within a few hours, to help me out. The same problem happened again the next day and thankfully the 2nd time was covered under their Guarantee/warranty. I experienced great customer service from everyone I spoke to and they even helped me identify the reason/issue it was backed up. The prices seemed a little higher than the average plumber but the quality of service was worth it in the end. Thank you!

We called to have a sub-pump replaced and was quoted $1347 but they did provide what the breakdown of what that was - but offered a month warranty. Is it normal not to get a written estimate of a break down of costs? We also asked for 1 valve to be replaced and was quoted $779. It seems high? I hav put in may sub-pumps for a lot less that 1300.

They provided us with honest and friendly service from start to finish. The lady on the phone was nice and professional and scheduled me with a quick appointment. My guys were very professional and got the job done and even fixed another minor issue (floater chain) with no charge.

Plum tree Plumbing’s courteous and professional crew arrived on time and efficiently identified the cause of the foul smell emanating from under a bathroom. They identified the problem, completed the work within the timeframe and cost estimated. While they were under the house with access to the main line they showed how things looked, where potential stress points existed. It’s VERY old plumbing in my 94 y/o mothers house. They gave her information needed to make decisions about just fixing the immediate problem or doing some preventative work too. There was absolutely NO attempt to “sell” her. The goal was to inform, educate and make sure she was 100% satisfied. She is. I’m her daughter, I was here during the process, so I can attest to this. She will use Plumbtree, as will I for all plumbing needs. She’s already given their number to her neighbors. She used a Rooter service before- what a nightmare. 2 hrs late, the cost went way over. They left mid job to do another job came back at 7 pm to finish. It was nearly 10pm before they left and one of the young men asked me out (gross). Real plumbers do rooter service too but these Rooter people are not necessarily actual plumbers. We learned the hard way that it makes a difference. So grateful to have found Plumbtree! Kiet and his colleague were nice, friendly, awesome and quick! He answered my call regarding my water heater leaking and he told me he was in the area and would come right over to give me a quote. He was at my house in 30 mins took a look at my water heater and told me I needed a new one due to how old it was and that it looks to have been leaking for awhile. The leak was so bad that the plywood was bowing and mushrooms started growing. The water heater I had was 30 years old. He then proceeded to tell me what needed to get done and provided me with a quote which I agreed on. He drained the water tank and left to get the supplies. He came back with his colleague and got straight to work. They had my water heater installed in no time. They kept the work area clean and cleaned up the water from the leak. I am so happy with the work they did!

It's hard to find someone you can trust and do good work with reasonable price tag. If you don't have the right person or company to do the repairs you might have to do it twice. I have owned a couple of homes and dealed with plumbing issues quite a few times for different reasons over the last 20 years. I am so happy that we found Senor Rooter Plumbing by accident ( refered by a good neighbour/friend). I have worked with them two times on my homes and just now used their service for the business. I am extremely happy with their work. Gilbert and Jesus are good guys. They do great work. They don't over charging you. They are quick to response to your calls and messages. They are someone you can trust if you are in need a good plumber. I highly recommened them!!!
